Review: Perfect for a sugar-free banoffee pie - From the taste and texture of these biscuits, you'd never know they were sugar-free. In some people, maltitol spikes blood sugar, so if that could cause you problems, it's worth trying one biscuit and testing your blood sugar afterwards before going ahead with the rest - but my diabetic family members had no issues. We used a packet of them as the base of a sugar-free banoffee pie, and the final result was indistinguishable from the taste, mouthfeel and texture of a standard banoffee pie - very happy with that. The only downside is the high price, but that's sadly unavoidable with products using sugar alternatives.
Review: Can not tell the difference between these and regular graham crackers. Delicious.

From the taste and texture of these biscuits, you'd never know they were sugar-free.
