Yes they appear to be. I normally wear a large but bought XL. The torso fits roomy but not baggy, arms are snug but not tight. I wear a 46 Jacket 34 inch waist. That are my favorite shirts. Have 7 in four different colors. Super soft and breathable. I'd say the are an athletic cut. Oh the are a longer then most tees, which I like cause they stay tucked

Q: I'm looking for an activewear style t-shirt that I can workout in, do these have a "Dri-Fit" kind of feel or just regular cotton?

More of a cotton feel - not like Nike "Dri-Fit". I do like these. They are light weight with a tight neck and slim body. Very inexpensive. You might try one to see if it is worth the savings.

I’m 6ft 180-185 and medium fits me perfect some that I have washed have fitted a little more tight but I think you should be fine with a medium but if you want your shirt a little more loose not too loose if go for the large
