I want to start off by saying that my original order was in Feb 2019. Since then these clasps have gone EVERYWHERE!!Here is some of the places I wear my necklaces:to the beach - swimming and playingscuba divingaround small childrenworking outhikingpaddle boardingI am ordering more, not because they don't work, quite the opposite actually.I gave one to my 70 YO mother because she likes to take her chain off at night and before bathing. She finds the magnetic clasps very easy to use and doesn't need help putting on or removing her necklace.The second one, well it works so well my daughter "borrowed" it.I have been switching the clasp between the different necklaces I wear, so I ordered more to put on my favorite necklaces.These magnets are so strong, that I have ruined 2 chains (my own fault). I pulled on the chain to take it off instead of pulling on the magnet. The chain broke and the magnets remained together. When putting on and taking off my wetsuit, my necklaces often get in the way, but I have never had a problem with these clasps.These are an amazing buy and I am super happy with the quality and construction (and I'm hard to please).I have tried others and have not been satisfied with the results, but these have held up for over about a year and are still going strong.The don't catch on my long hair either.These would be great for anyone, especially younger girls and elders as they are so easy to use.

I am comparing this magnetic closure to one I bought at a store several years ago.This closure is lighter, so it doesn't weigh down lightweight necklaces, pulling them back. I also cannot pull on the chain to separate the magnets. This silver closure also has a smaller profile than the bulky gold one I am comparing it too.I have been blessed with a husband who likes to spoil me with jewelry. The shame is that I cannot wear it all of the time because of the constant removing of the necklaces for showering, sleeping, working out... I just stopped wearing it so I wasn't constantly taking it on and off all day. These magnets have been a great solution to making sure my jewelry isn't as risk of falling off and gives me the ability to remove on and off throughout the day.I have boughten others like this from department stores. The larger gold one was bought several years ago. Although it does it job of letting me remove and put on the necklaces, the magnets were not very strong and it could be pulled apart just by snagging the necklace on something. To add to that, the gold one was heavy, so lighter necklaces would eventually be pulled to my throat or the magnet would make its way around and take away from the beauty of the piece.

Makes it way easier to put on and take off for standard, everyday use. They match beautifully to the silver bracelet I bought them for. I measured my bracelet clasp before hand to ensure it would be the right size.Seems very strong - in fact, to remove, its better to slide the magnets apart rather than pull because that puts a strain on the clasps.To be safe, it probably is a good idea to add a chain to the clasps so the bracelet would stay on if the magnets became separated by accident. I just take off if I'm doing anything where it might get lost.It does add a little bit of length, I am ok with this.

I have a number of necklaces that I found myself wearing very infrequently - just because they are so hard to get on and off. The clasps are tight and tiny. As I have developed a tremor in one hand in the past few years, it was almost impossible to work these clasps. What a great find these high quality converters are. The magnets are very strong and I do not worry about them not holding, and they are unobtrusive in looks - in fact, they really are not even noticeable. I highly recommend these and am buying them for ALL of my necklaces!

Absolutely secure and worth money. My concern is shipping and delivery… item should be shipped in letter size envelope and placed in mailbox. Current packaging is delivered in bag so big, package feels empty thereby so light weight, a gust of wind can carry off like ballon.

I used to have to replace the sterling silver chains every year that I used for a special pendant. I wear this pendant all the time as it has special meaning for me. I would have to take it off for hair cuts, massages and other events. The small clasps are difficult to hook and unhook and do not last long. These magnetic clasps are great! So easy to use and my chain will last for much longer!

Just what I need, have arthritis in my hands.I wouldn't be able to wear my necklaces, this make it easy and they hold good. Haven't had problems with them coming apart. Strong magnet. I have bought several to put on all my necklaces.
