It doesn't work like the others - it doesn't "ball up" the dead ...
I've ordered and used this product before from you directly and from on-line shopping program. However, this jar just doesn't seem to be the same. It doesn't work like the others - it doesn't "ball up" the dead skin like the other jars did and my face doesn't feel as soft or refreshed after using it. I am a little disappointed with it to be honest.
