Maisy Mouse First Experience 15 Books Pack Collection Set by Lucy Cousins (Bookshop, Football, Sports Day, Plane, Hospital, Library, Sleepover, Nursery & MORE!)

Someone got these for me as a gift. I enjoy reading them to my son. It helps calm his fears about everything from loose teeth to getting a cast. I bought it as a gift for someone else with a young child to pay it forward.

I grew up reading Maisy books 20 some odd years ago, and now I get to read them to my daughter. These stories are new for me too so it's been fun to go through them! The quality of the books are all great! No misprints, missing pages or tears. And these are a great price. At my time of purchase each book came out to about $3.50!

My favorite books to read aloud to my Kindergarten students. These books are also used to teach story elements.

We love Lucy Cousin's Maisy books and this was a great deal to buy 15 books at this price. My 3 and 5 year old enjoy Maisy's adventures with her friends. Just bought a second set to give as a gift!

My son loves maisy mouse and i give one new one to him every week and he gets very excited each time i pull a new one out. Good quality,he is very hard on his books but these have stayed in great condition despite not being hardback.

We read those books for our baby before he goes to sleep! The quality is very nice, I like it!

AMAZING BOOKS! I grew up watching maisy and had my own collection of maisy books, I'm 22 now with my own daughter and she LOVES MAISY! I got these as a Christmas gift and i cant wait for her to see them. The books came nicely wrapped in plastic and none of the corners where squished or bent. The books are amazing quality.1000000% recommend this for any maisy fan!

Pros:Great little books to explain certain topics to your child. I used to the “maisy goes on the plane” book to explain the process to my child and it was really great cause my child was at ease knowing exactly what was going to happen next.Cons:None

My son (who is 28 months old at the time of this review) absolutely loves Maisy Mouse and her friends and the simple but engaging stories told in these books. They are an instant hit for bedtime reading.They’re relatively thin paperback books in comparison to most books aimed at his age range, but this works very well for us as we already have quite enough thick card books. If your child is already quite familiar with turning or helping to turn a page, then these are good. If they’re getting used to books, then be a little cautious as the value I imagine has come from reducing the materials needed to produce these versions of the otherwise hardback Maisy Mouse books.We've quite a few books now as it’s been easy to get caught up in the sea of big and busy story books that are marketed towards parents reading to their children rather than ‘with’ their children.In this case, the author limits the narrative and the illustration detail, so your child’s attention is focused on understanding just a few things per page. But there is also a subtle gradient of increased complexity with certain books of this pack, possibly 3 levels (5 per level) e.g. some books have multiple sentences and a number of characters doing different things per page, and vice versa where only a single character and few words per page which is again excellent.Buying a book bundle like this is amazing value for money and Maisy is monopolising bedtimes in our house at the moment :)
