It works exceptionally well
I did my new pole barn floor with this. And wow. If you've ever rain-x'd your windshield and seen the rain literally bead up and fly off without even using wipers, that's what your concrete is like after applying this. Absolutely awesome. It is ridiculously quick and easy to apply and it works exactly like it's supposed to. I think the only reason this isn't the go to product is its pricey. But honestly you get what you pay for. And it lasting 10 years and it won't wear off or need prep work to touch up in 10 years is worth it. My barn is 30x50 (1500) sq ft. It's a smooth hard trowel finish. I did one heavy coat and it did pretty much the entire 1500 sq ft. I say pretty much because on section I went back to do the second coat and realized it was impossible. The first coat (less than an hour before) was all it needed. It literally beaded up and wouldn't absorb any more. I had one tiny patch left at the end and had I not tried a second coat 5 gallons would've done the entire 1500 sq ft. I bought two 5 gallons though. So of course I did the sidewalk at my mother in laws and it was a rough brushed finish. Used a little more product but a half hour later dumped a bowl of water on it and they were amazed it just beaded up and ran off. The concrete was bone dry. Love this stuff gonna put it on my paver stones, wood shed floor, probably my trailer deck too. Gotcha some

Great protection with no discoloration when dry.
After days of researching options, I recently tried Rain Guard Pro on my outdoor concrete surfaces, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the results. The application was straightforward, and it dried quickly, leaving a clear finish that was almost imperceptible when dry. The last thing I wanted was discoloration on my driveway and sidewalk, and was pleased with the great results with Rain Guard Pro. The formula is quite thin and sprayed super well in my general yard sprayer. I’ve tried both this concentrated version as well as the ready-to-go version and they are identical. This formula is so much more convenient for storage and ends up being quite a bit less expensive as well. The following day I sprayed the newly sealed driveway with water and the beading effect was immediate, which assured me of its waterproofing capabilities. After getting wet, my spray lines were somewhat visible, but that’s not much of a concern for me (see attacehd photos). I’m optimistic that this sealer, with two spray applications going in opposite directions, will last and protect my driveway drop freezing moisture and salt this winter. I will update the review once the season passes and I have more long-term results.

You can still have a brick home in excellent condition and still wick water into the home
Ive been in the masonry trade and have been in business for approx 30 years . Majority of my work is restoration, repair, preservation, preventive maintenance with a little twist of new... In other words honoring and preserving masonry. With that being said, i can't express enough on the importance of keeping all exterior masonry surfaces " WEATHER SEALED ".. it's a MUST not an option, the harsh weather of elements , the beating sun of summer and harsh freeze and thaw of winter takes its toll ... There are so many proven benefits of sealer protection thats it's a " no brainer " period... I have done extensive repair projects to old and newer masonry in which it could have been avoided had the existing masonry would of been treated with a siloxane / silane blend sealer such as ( micro-seal )..All raw masonry new or old needs sealed.. It really is the final step in completing a masonry project.. I have kept track of projects not to mention field tested sealer applications at my shop location.. Guess what ?? They are still repelling water 10 plus years later, still resisting water absorption.. concrete block, brick, natural stone, thin artificial stone veneer, stucco mortar parging and concrete surfaces..Now keep in mind prior to a sealing treatment the existing masonry needs to be in stable condition and any repairs need to be addressed accordingly using a proper method etc.. Many problem issues i have been seeing lately is with thin stone veneer.. Which its use for exterior of homes is on the rise , although thin stone has its advantages in the building industry it is very problematic .. they absorb alot of moisture therefore tend to pop off or debond during the winter freeze thaw cycles etc.. not to mention excessive water wicking into interior wall systems creating a whole other havoc with rott and mold etc..Man made thin stone can also fade due to uv rays and yes it does.. keeping it sealed helps prevent that problem.. Now onto older masonry, what can sealer do to help ?? ANSWER = preserve it.. remember brick are very absorbent as well. You can still have a brick home in excellent condition and still wick water into the home.. repeated rain can and will do this due to not having enough time to evaporate or simply " dry out ", not to mention there may not be any weep holes for drainage of excessive moisture or lets not forget interior airspace between wallsystem and masonry that build up condensation .. Now by sealing you prevent the exterior water intrusion.. Excessive condensation can be remedied by the installing of venting where needed etc..Now im sorry for the long rant but as you can see im a huge advocate for saving and protecting masonry. Be proactive and keep it sealed, i can guarantee you that if you ignore it, you will incur future costly repairs that could of been avoided !! AMAZING!
This is the best concrete sealer I have ever used. It is so easy to apply and it won't change the color of your concrete. The integrity of my 40 year old concrete had been compromised due to water damage and weather abuse. I applied Rainguard Pro and my patio is sealed for life. My patio is easy to clean and maintain. I accidentally dropped a glass of red wine a day after I applied this product. Grabbed the hose and it washed away. No stains, damage or issues. If you're looking for a professional grade concrete sealer to protect your investment buy RainguardPro. I had a question about the application process; called customer service and spoke to the owner of the company. Where can you get that kind of service these days.

Excellent Product
Seems to have performed as advertised to seal our concrete front porch deck from rain coming in and causing staining residue. Final results are still out as we have not had driving heavy rain, however early results seem positive. Very easy to apply, soaks right in, and application requirements per square foot were accurate--plan to use two coats

Smooth Application
We had a chimney that was spalling badly. Applied this stuff with a 1-gallon hand-pump sprayer and loved it. Applied easily and neatly. There was eventually some whitish build-up on the inside of the sprayer nozzle, which is probably to be expected with such a product. Once removed, the spray pattern was back to uniform and nice. Did not stain/yellow our old, recycled brick. It did, however, give a slightly darker, "newer" appearance to the treated area versus nearby, untreated areas. If you know what you're looking for, you can see that we treated the outside of our fireplace firebox all the way up to the chimney and "left" all of the surrounding brick untreated. Thinking of ordering in bulk and treating the rest of our brick before any of the existing spalling accelerates. Consider this aspect of "recycled brick" before you do the ecologically-conscious thing and build anything out of re-purposed materials! Good product - would recommend and will likely purchase again.

Better off buying the one gallon concentrate instead of the big tub.
I bought the 5 gallon tub of the product for $149.00. After I bought it I realized I could have bought 5, one gallon cans of CONCENTRATE for 19.00 a piece. There by getting the same 5 gallons of the product for $100.00 rather than $149.99 for the big tub. Usually its better to buy the larger tub but in this case I Got ripped off for $50.00 more in my opinion. Buy the concentrate not the big tub.

Great product, Super nice supplier!
I recently applied this product to my garage floor. It is easy to apply with a pump sprayer and dried quickly. I have started parking in the garage now and have noticed that any water beads up and is easily wiped away. An oil spill was easily wiped off the surface with no stain. It should be noted that it was applied after the use of a concrete densifier that was applied to strengthen the floor. Since the Rainguard was applied after the densifier it only required half as much product to do the job. The supplier was super nice to work with regarding the amount to apply and a return of extra product. I would buy again from Exterior Performance Coatings, Inc.

No cambia el color
Es el primer producto que uso que no cambia el color de mi concreto/cemento. Con solo una mano es suficiente para dejarlo impermeabilizado y totalmente sellado. No necesitas diluirlo. Lo recomiendo.

Buen producto
Es un buen producto. Creo que lo que le falta es que cuente con un aspersor para su aplicación.

Sellador
No es lo que esperaba. Es demasiado aguado para sellar piedra. Verifiquen antes de comprarlo. Gracias
