I just picked this up as a new hobby and I love sassy sayings on anything. This was perfect for me! I did look up some videos on YouTube to helping with showing how to do some of the stitches. But other than that, great!

This is my first actual embroidery project I did. I started with little mini starter kits (for kids) and this was actually so much easier than I ever thought! I believe it helps that the cloth is a better quality. I started a second embroidery, and the cloth is so crappy that it rips and the thread falls apart in spots. I was very impressed that this product had nice and easy cloth (I usually pull my needle and thread very tight and I never had any issue using this product)

I ordered this on a whim and I am so glad I did! I have no experience with embroidery. This was so fun to learn! A paper comes with it and shows how to do the different stitches. The drawings weren’t super clear so I looked on YouTube and watched a video. Then the illustrations made sense! I think it turned out so cute and it was really fun to do.

This is not for beginners. It is fun but directions are vague and cloth is hard. I broke both needles that came with it. I did complete it but it was more intimidating than anything.

This embroidery kit comes just as advertised, the pattern is beautiful and the embroidery floss, fabric and everything else in it are great quality. I especially like that the plastic embroidery hoop has a lip on it that helps hold the fabric nice and tight since all I had before were cheap bamboo hoops that are more for display. The instructions on the different stitches and knots that you use for the pattern are a little vague and hard to follow for a beginner but honestly embroidery stitches can be hard to describe with just words and pictures so I get why it was kept simple. I just looked up how to do any stitches I didn't know how to do on YouTube so it wasn't a problem for me, I would recommend others do the same. This isn't a critique because it was completely my fault but don't try to spray water onto the fabric so you can more effectively iron out the creases in the fabric before you start, the water soluble pattern will bleed and disappear in places. Just iron it out as best you can, I was using a mini iron so most people's irons will probably be more powerful. I knew that the pattern on the fabric was water soluble but I did it anyways for some reason. Washing it in water after I am finished will also probably take care of the creases as well... You live and you learn... Lol
