I am surprisingly well pleased. It's too bad they don't have a vented version.
A better "gray-man" cap in uncertain times than my Scorpion/OCP camo caps, but one I can wear and still feel a bit like me. Those who are unfamiliar with the VTX logo will filter it out and it is just a brown cap, which I'm fine with. After wearing it for one day it looks like it has changed color from a dark brown to a dark Arm olive green. Weird, but I'm fine with dark olive. I'm not dinging it points due to my own personal prefs, but it bears mentioning.The cap itself is of high quality and will work well for Autumn through Spring wear outdoors in the Autumn thru Spring timeframe. I'll still go back to my vented mesh caps during the 9 months of Summer we deal with here. 6 teeny-ting vents di absolutely nothing to let the breeze in or let heat escape. This is sharp-enough to consider a "dress cap" - this thing looks sharp enough to wear with slacks.If you are a fan of both Vortex Optics, as well as stylish caps for casual wear, you can't go wrong with this purchase. It still makes a statement - it's just a subtle one.Putting this on my head is like putting a Vortex Strike Eagle 5-25x56 FFP scope with illuminated reticle for dusk/low light shooting on my 6.5 Creedmore, It's a thing of beauty either way, but if forced to choose I would choose the scope.

High quality
Looks and fits great. However its a deep that comes right down to your ears making it a little awkward when wearing sunglasses. That said, I bought the olive green one and liked it enough to want to get the black one as well!

Super comfortable hat.
I love the hat and everything about it except it’s a little tall. Hopefully it settles a little with more use and maybe a couple washes.
