The Blouse is Simply the Best
I "LOVE" this blouse!I am currently employed in a hospital environment in the Department of Food Service. I interact with patients, therefore my attire has to be on point. Food Service changed our blouse attire recently to black with long sleeves. I prefer the blouse that I ordered! I will be ordering more!Thanks Amazon!

Fits better than a lot of button ups Ive purchased
This is a great work shirt. Its fairly roomy for those that need a little extra space in the chest area. That being said I need the chest, shoulders, arms and hips from the size large-xlarge and the waist from the medium. But this is an ongoing problem for me. If you are a little more curvy than average or a little bulkier in the arms and shoulders size up at least 1 size Its got a bit of stretch....but not enough. For reference I am curvy and wear anything from a womens pants size 6-10 depending on fit and a shirt size womens( not juniors), medium-large and Im about 5' 3.5"-5' 4". The length is good even if youre curvier. It hits the upper part of my hips. Like maybe the low-rise pants waistband area. I purchased both the medium and the large. The large over all fit better. Though I do wear the medium on occasion just with an undershirt as I cant button the top buttons.

Great work shirt
I really love the color of this shirt-- I now have two of them, they have stretched out a bit after 30 plus washings, but I am happy overall. I am about a 10 on top, and the medium fit perfectly. The flaps of the arm cuffs are kind of annoying, they do not stay put and flap around, so I have stapled them. Clearly I am no seamstress. But they are still my favorite shirts, easy to wear, wash and iron, and re-staple. I am grateful, from reading the reviews, that the size I chose actually fit and I did not have to deal with any return frustrations. But for very frequent FOH use, and re-use, and washing, I am pretty darn pleased.

Great long lasting shirts for work
I have been using these shirts for years, they last a long time, keep their color, and fit perfectly.

This shirt is not a good fit for females with bigger chests. Can barely button it closed.
This shirt will not work for you if you are bigger in the chest area. Would be better if the material had a little stretch to it. Otherwise it’s kinda stiff material and you will barely be able to button it closed. Felt like it would bust open in the breast area. It’s good fit if you are flatter in the breasts.

Poorly sized
The medium for this shirt was ridiculously small, more like a small- and the large was not even a medium according to American standards. I have no idea what sizing standards they used - children's?

Would purchase again
I took the chance and ordered the XL, which is my size. It fits perfectly around the chest/waist... length is good, even though I'm short. Arms are a wee bit tight, but overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Chef works knows how to make a blouse.
I love these blouses, short sleeved as well. Beautifully tailored with darts in all right places and gorgeous colour. The only blouses I can count on as being perfect fitting and great quality fabric.
