So here I am sharing the review of this Setu Melatonin after buying and consuming this. An honest review. After having this just before 30 mins of going to bed, it gave the sound sleep. However, in case u in wake up in the night for using washroom or having some water, u feel that u may have been drunked or doped. I felt heaviness in my head. Also, the next day will be again a kind of 'hangover'. I felt sleepy, not energetic.And it continued for the entire next day and night. After the 2nd night of consuming this, I felt fresh and energetic.So, in my experience, have a mixed knid of review. Just bcuz it takes my day feeling dizzy, i gave 4 star. So i would say, you can have this for your sleep but be careful and Cautious.

I have been taking these for a few months and it has gradually helped to balance my sleep cycle, so i no longer need to it on a regular basis! The packing upgrade has been great too. 100% recommend. I had been suffering from insomnia for years, so you believe me when i say go for it. Its much more affordable than other brands too. Taste is nice, doesn't feel a medicine at all.

I got good sleep but I got headache.it didn't suit me. Melatonin is a very powerful product not suitable for everyone

I have used but...it doesn't worked I have wakeup just In 2 hr.....after that I didn't get sleep..,..

Leaves you groggy in the morning

Damn - talk about effective. I was returning from a work trip, and a couple of colleagues were with me. One of them drove, and suggested I try this minty strip because I had barely slept on the long journey. I popped it (delicious btw) and laid down on the back seat - and was flat out in 15 minutes, only waking up when we reached home. My friends said that I was mumbling in my dreams but I was completely knocked out. It was great because I got home in time to play with my kids - I was well rested, and smelled minty fresh too. Will be sticking to this product for when I am having trouble sleeping
