I’m sure most people just put their pot lids on the counter! NO! I neither want food all over the counter nor damaged counters from hot lids.Now, I have a place to hold lids and all of the drippings.Size - not only does the Yamazaki Lid Stand take up very little space, it is HEAVY. The high-quality metal build holds large, heavy lids with ease. The metal stand has four foam stickers to keep your counters from getting scratched.Ease of use - you literally just pick up a lid, shake drip, and place it on the stand. It could not be easier.Cleaning - the plastic tray on the bottom pops up and can be slid out for cleaning. I hand wash all the pieces with a brush and dish soap.Giftability - I feel this item is very niche.I have not used it to hold spoons or iPads.

This is such a nice lid holder! I never really knew how much I needed it until I bought it! Makes setting lids down less complicated. I always struggled to decide where to set the lid down while cooking because it would normally be wet with steam & hot. This item eliminates that problem. It’s so well built & easy to clean! I love it!

Always looking for a place to set the lid down while cooking, or the cooking utensil. We have a spoon rest but this stand is nicer since the spoon/ladle/spatula stands up, and the tray is removeable for cleaning. Also works well for large heavy lids. Only downside is it's harder to have both a large lid and the spoon resting at the same time. Might need to get another one for the other side of the stove.

No problem holding my extra heavy Staub brand cast iron pot cover in the upright position. I'd like another one, if it's not so expensive.

I was originally. looking for a spoon rest so I wouldn't have a mess on my stove top but then I saw this & realized a bigger problem I experience while cooking is not having a temporary place for a messy, drippy lid when it's removed from the pot and I need two hands. This is a lifesaver and is sturdy, stationary and a secure spot for lid (sometimes 2 lids depending on circumstances) and keeps stove top clean, to boot. It also has a removable silicone surface that handles drips from spoons and even ladles and is easy to remove to clean thoroughly. American Test Kitchens loves this and is where I found out about it. They recommend the best of the best stuff and I'm so glad I stumbled upon this. I highly recommend and plan to buy a couple more for gifts. It's one of those things you never knew you needed and now can't live without.

I use this every day and have gifted it to friends many times. Easy to clean, works for pot lids and utensils.

I use this by my stove every day! I don't have to find a spot on my counter to set my cover or spoons anymore because this stand does the job neatly. I have heavy covers and because the stand is metal it is sturdy enough to hold up my largest lids and covers! Really nice and so useful.

This works great for even my largest and heaviest 14" bubble-like lid because it can be leaned in from the back and still be solidly stable, but then you can't put spoons into it, which is fine with me. All of the smaller and lighter pan lids and splatter screens can be leaned in from the front and then other utensils can be put in it as well. It was used today for my 14" stainless steel and glass lid, and then after washing my 14" HexClad pan, again it could be leaned into it from the back, making it useful as a draining rack too. It looks great, takes up very little room, and is very solid. Highly recommend it!

Stabil verarbeitet und schwerer als gedacht. Damit bliebt es auch stehen wenn man etwas reinstellt und hat dazu noch rutschfeste Gummifüsse. Leicht zu reinigen wenn man den Trick kennt die Auffangschale mit einem Handgriff rauszunehmen :)
