They answered all my queries and ensured the installation process was hassle-free.The technician who came for installation was highly skilled and completed the setup in just a couple of hours. We installed the lock on our main door, which also has a security door approximately 75 mm apart.The lock comes with 2 mechanical keys and 2 RFID cards. We've registered our fingerprints, and the lock opens flawlessly on the first attempt every time. It also supports unlocking via numeric code, Bluetooth, and even remotely, which is incredibly convenient.I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. A very good smart lock. For its price its simply 5 stars.The lock has a nice app and gets most of the things done easily. We can lock, unlock, add/remove passcodes/fingerprints/RFID cards and remotes. App shows battery percentage. It allows setting a time after which the door should be locked again after it is unlocked. You can also check the lock status from the app. There is also an attendance mode which I have not tried.The app shows notifications and maintains the record of app locking and unlocking.The lock supports passage mode to have it not locked automatically when we expect the door to be opened up multiple times in case of a family functions etc.Here is what I like1. Passage mode availability2. Nice mobile application3. Multiple options to lock4. Private mode physical switch inside if turned on the lock cannot be unlocked from outside. Good for privacy.5. Can be locked from outside pressing the *(star) on the numeric touch pad for 5 seconds. This is my favourite and not many know about it. This it very handy is you keep the lock in passage mode. Opening mobile app to lock again and again in not very convenient.6. Customer service is good. Installation was done the very next day. The TAT is actually 3 days.Things I do not like*1. No way to lock from inside when set in passage mode except using mobile app or a remote(which is about ₹1K)2. cannot set multiple times slots when the lock can be in passage mode. You can just set one time slot.3. If fingerprint registration is not done with different angles it often fails to read which gets irritating.4. There are two circular buttons on app to lock. One is for locking remotely and second is to lock when you are nearby. Could have been just one single which chooses the right thing on its own.Overall after a usage of 2 weeks I find it amazing. Will update after a longer usage.

Hi fellow buyers,Here is my real life account of my harrowing experience with this sadak chapp pedestrian company:1) purchased online in July2) the 'Free' installation guy installed after a few days and asked for 'bakshish' of ₹500. I relented and gave him, thinking that atleast he did a good job (my trouble started here)3) the lock worked okay for a little of a month. Fingerprint detection is unpredictable at best. Fingerprint response time is slow.4) Yesterday evening, the lock stopped working totally. Touch screen panel didn't work, lock was not responding at all.5) That's when I checked their website and realised that they DONT HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AT ALL! All numbers listed on their site are Sales and Installation related. Was shocked my own stupidity as to how I missed this important information before buying.6) We tried going through user manual, youtube and tried everything to make the lock work. Even purchased a new Powerbank because their manual says if battery runs out, you can use an external power source in case of an emergency.7) I called their installation helpline number only to find they work only in business hours! For such a critical item like a main door lock, first they don't have a customer care number, and secondly, the only other number (installation helpline) is available only in businesses hours.8) I called them repeatedly and continuously on their installation helpline, hoping they would receive.9) Finally, someone received the number at around 7pm only to tell me that he was driving and would call me after an hour. He didn't bother to stop the car and speak to me about my emergency and to understand my situation.10) After around 1.5 hours, when the guy called back, I explained the situation to him11) At around 10pm he called me to say that he would send a technician but he would be able to reach in 2 hrs (i.e., by 12am midnight)!Had he told the technician the very first time I had called at 7pm, things would have been sorted. But my priority was not Lavna's priority obviously. They had made they buck by selling to me already.12) since it was too late, we decided to go to a hotel and spend the night there. I was promised that Lavna's technician would come by 10am the next day.14) Next day the technician showed up at around 1pm. He forcibly opened the lock and told us that the original installation done by the company was not done properly and the wiring was all wrong.15) The technician told us that lock is not working and needs to be replaced.16) I called you Lavna company number and asked them for a replacement17) that's when this cheap company started arguing with me about replacing a missing part and he would not guarantee that it would fix the problem.18) I declined to accept this offer as this cheap company is very money minded and is not at all bothered about safety, security or convenience of its customers.19) The lock I purchased costed my ₹8900 approximately, while I had to spend 10k on hotel, food etc with my family of four.20) I would have been happy if they would have just replaced the lock and I would have forgotten my personal expenses.21) During the many conversations I had, I noticed that this is a one man army company which does not have a team but is driven by a single guy who handles all customer requests22) In my conversations with this one man army 'customer support's, not once did this cheating company apologize or even expressed regret for my troubles. Tells you a lot about their clearly malicious intent of manking quick money.I now plan to buy a better lock from reliable brand like Godrej or othersI STRONGLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS RUN OF THE MILL COMPANY IS IN THE MARKET ONLY TO ENTICE CUSTOMERS, MAKE A QUICK BUCK, ENDANGER THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF PEOPLE, WITH ZERO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERNOT TO MENTION, THEIR PRODUCT ONLY LOOKS NICE AND SHINY BUT IS VERY SUBSTANDARD AND NOT FIT FOR THE PURPOSE.Again, stay away from these cheaters and spend on a better product with better customer service which actually cares for their customers. EVERYTHING I DESCRIBED ABOVE COULD HAPPEN TO YOU.Remember: 10 good reviews are not worth one real life bad review. Coz only in exceptional situation will the real intent of the company be seen.

Bought this item after checking a number of brands and the features the product offered. The lock was installed by the brand. The carpenter came at a time designated and worked efficiently. The lock works well. Will look to buy from the same brand again.
