Overwhelmingly Cumin
It arrived sooner than expected. The product was fresh and certainly tasty. However, the term kibbeh made me believe I could use this to make niter kibbeh. This product would not work in that intent because it overwhelmingly contains cumin in proportion to all the other spices kibbeh is supposed to have when making niter kibbeh. I was looking for a short cut and have decided that I will simply make my niter kibbeh with my own individual spices. There is nothing wrong with the product if you really, really like cumin. I simply prefer less cumin than this product contains for the intent that I purchased it. I will now use this product as cumin in my other dishes.
