Bo Bice recently finished his third album, entitled '3,' and finally had the opportunity to make the record he always wanted to make. Bo put his heart and soul into his new album, a mixture of Southern Rock, Country and Americana highlighting his unmistakable, earthy and powerful voice. Fans will be absolutely thrilled with '3.' Bo teamed up with a variety of co-writers and penned more than 20 songs to choose from for his new album. He recruited a team of great musicians to work with him in the studio, including Black Crowes drummer Steve Gorman and keyboardist A.J. Croce, son of the legendary Jim Croce. And fellow American Idol contestant Melinda Doolittle guests on background vocals on the song 'Get on and Ride.' The result? '3' is a strong album including rockin' tracks and tender ballads alike - it showcases the real Bo Bice as a singer, musician and producer. Review: The Bo I love! - I loved Bo's second album "See the Light" and really didn't expect to love the new one more. Country isn't my first choice for music. However, just as Bo taught me to love Southern Rock, he has now hooked me on at least some country music. It takes a true artist to make an old coot like me like a new genre, much less two. This album is excellent and one you can just turn on and enjoy from beginning to end. My personal favorites are "You Take Yourself With You", "Wild Roses", and "Lonely, Broke, and Wasted". I love the lyrics as well as the way they showcase Bo's voice, a voice you recognize immediately, never mistaking it for anyone else. I recommend "3" to anyone who loves country and/or loves Bo. Review: bo bice cd - ! have been a fan of bo bice for a while but this cd is the best. the first cd was more commercial, i guess because he was coming off american idol. the second cd more country than i expected, good though. this last cd rocks! it has that pure talent and essence of southern rock that only bo can give us, hint of blues, and a little bit of country, i love it! i would reccomend this cd to any one that loves southern rock! thanks bo!

3"s The Real Deal
I've had this CD for some time now and have finally got around to offering my opinion. This is really good stuff! "Coming Back Home", "Good Hearted Woman", and "You Take Yourself With You" are just some of the gems on this southern rock/country rock infused CD. A couple of the songs are fair and appear too generic, "Long Road Back" in particular. However, that being said, Bo has done some fine work here. Too bad today's country is full of poser's who couldn't hold a hat with Waylon, Wille, and the boys. Bo probably could.

Bice is Nice
LOVED LOVED LOVED this CD. It's Bo's own unique brand of country and rock that is a win/win for any music lover. The title track, You Take Yourself With You, is a song about leaving home that everybody can relate to. I have so many other favorites I can't keep track of them all. This is the best of both worlds if you are a Bice fan.

The Real Bo!
I have heard some of the songs on this cd in full, others only partly, so I am anxiously waiting to get my copy and hear the whole thing. I love "You Take Yourself With You" and "Coming Home". I love hearing Bo sing ballads. I'm hoping this will get Bo the recognition he deserves. I just wish he would record the full version of "Inside Your Heaven". That was the best performance ever on American Idol. I still get a shiver when I hear it.

Bo's Third Album
I enjoy the music on this album, Bo's style is a funky mix of southern rock, country and soul. He is like a modern day Bob Seeger, and from me, that is high praise. I can listen to it over and over. It is straight forward, unpretentious, and not over produced. Very nice!

No outstanding songs
Nice album but no really outstanding songs. It was just a very nice album to listen to. I guess I was expecting more songs that moved me, the songs were pleasant, that is all.
