The media could not be loaded. Its just great, any reason not to get it for a watch would just be that it's too small 🤣 Its of course really great for womens watches as it could handle the diameter of the case, but for smooth edged watches it makes me a bit worrisome, i couldnt blame the vise though, it's just the shape of the watch that gives it trouble 😆 The plastic, incredible. The handle, the smallest amount of details is just unfathomable to the purpose for the user. I love the choices that they used, meant to not be worn out easily if used for its purpose, it has literally no wiggle room and could hold together my entire watch if it could, i couldnt be more proud of the maker of this vise.

This adjustable watch movement holder is easy to use and is well made. The adjustment screw and guide rods are precise and the holder operates quite smoothly - it is exactly what you would expect with regard to “Swiss precision and quality.”I have used this on 18s pocket watch movements as well as smaller 1930s wrist watch movements; it has a wide range of adjustability and securely holds movements of varying sizes. This is a must-have tool for servicing mechanical watches.There are cheaper movement holders out there, but it is nice to find something that ISN’T made in China and is actually built with precision. Those are both wins in my book.

Adjusts quickly, seems quite durable despite being mostly plastic, tightened well on several different pocket watches, Bergeon tools are top-notch.

This is THE right tool for the job, and I'm the kinda guy who believes that every job has the right tool & there's the right tool for every job.Spend the few extra $$ and buy this, rather than the cheaper plastic ones. This just works better! Your watch movement (s) won't slip/slide around in the mounting area. Also, this item is more comfortable to hold onto & work with.

The size I purchased is great for pocket watches, which is my collection. Be sure to measure your watch and get the movement holder that fits. When you do that, it is great.

A little pricy but you get what you paid for

Do not as said use this on a18s baseplate, it is too small, and the resulting grip is minimal. 16s and below will be fine.
