Kinetic Dual Helix Spinner, One Size, Copper

This is a classy elegant piece for any garden. My relative owned it and I saw how gracefully it turned and had to buy one. Recommend spraying protectant on to keep the copper color. Get compliments on it all the time. This is heavy duty, nothing cheap about it at all. Very well made. Craftsmanship. Assembly is a bit hard but well worth it in the end.

This thing is expensive but you get what you pay for...it's beautiful...it's light so easy for most anyone to handle...spins with almost no wind...it's the focal point of my yard and I love it

The craftsmanship of this modern DNA sculpture is beautiful and watching it spin is quite mesmerizing. This spinner is worth the extra dollars compared to other cheaper spinners that are out there. It’s a rather large spinner and moves effortlessly with little wind. I did pickup some crystal clear enamel by Rust-oleum to protect and maintain the copper finish which is recommended by the manufacturer. Overall, super happy with this DNA sculpture and will be purchasing another spinner from this company.

I now have a total of 6 kinetic wind sculptures in my yard from Stanwood, and this newest one I received, Duel Helix is just breathtaking to watch. Not only is it superbly made, but so reflective, the ridges in the copper almost act like diamond cuts, so in the sun, this piece is brilliant and at night we have color morphing spotlights on it and it gives us a reflective light show. Just Beautiful! I assembled it myself, even though the instructions recommend two people, it’s still do-able. I sprayed the blades with clear coat before assembly, which I have done with all my pieces and they all look sparkly and new. One thing to note is that this sculpture is really tall when assembled 7-1/2 ft tall. It is very commanding and attention getting. I recommend you find a spot you can see from your window, so you can enjoy it even while sitting in the house. Also, if you put this in front of your house, I would cement it into the ground and lock tight all the poles together. It’s an investment piece that you’ll want to safe guard from any ‘bad actors” Don’t hesitate on this one. I wish Stanwood would make more designs lie this! Are you listening Stanwood? Sign me up!

This sculpture is very well made with heavy, solid materials. It is a bit tricky to put together, but having two people as they suggest will make it much easier. A minimal breeze will get it spinning and looks great.

Gorgeous, wife loved it, But, We knew they copper would tarnish and tried to clean it with lemon and salt, which worked like majic, BUT took off the protective coating, ate away at the copper (It's copper plate by the way, not solid copper), and tarnished horribly within minutes. Bought another because so beautiful, but will spray with Enamel Clear coat immediately upon instalation to try to save the coper shine.

Arrived timely, well packaged, excellent design & quality. Good assembly instructions- definitely requires two people to complete assembly.
