I'll be honest and say...
... that when I used this regularly, years ago, it would enhance my temper to the point where I had to stop using it. And I'm just a girly girl, not even a testosteronically endowed guy......But I really liked the boost "Athlete's Power" gave me, so now, being a little older and a little wiser, I re-ordered it - -- and now I take a FEW drops in a FULL glass of water before I go to bed and I sprrring out of bed with more energy the next day (yes I do- it IS noticeable). Normally I flump out of bed and curse my lot-- but now I DO have more vitality when I get out of bed. And possibly because of "Athlete's Power" I can do a few more reps when I exercise too.HerbPharm has always been on my list of "Has GREAT Products!" for many years 00 and so I trust the name and the ingredients. Good Work Herb Pharm!!! I see it has a new name -- the OLD name was "Herbal Sterol" -- and I wonder if the ingredients under the new name are different -- a quick check shows me that they appear to be the same ingredients.

Can't get enough of these Herb Pharm drops. This one gives me that little boost of energy I need to get through a workout when I feel like I'd rather just sit down and watch some TV. I also use the Brain and Memory one and highly recommend it, too. These probably aren't for everyone, but for me it's now a new staple.

Very, Very Effective!
Best stuff I've found that actually works since the demise of Natural Balance's Pep when it was made w/o stimulants. They'll probably stop making it. Companies always stop making products that work really, really well and continue to sell stuff that works mediocrely, so I better stock up while I can.

Couldn't feel a difference
I was hoping this would give me a bit of a boost for working out, but I didn't have any response to it. I drink a lot of coffee, so maybe I didn't notice it because of that. I would not purchase again.
