Great audio from this headset. It can connect to a computer using a dingle that provides really high quality audio. It can also swap automatically between devices such as your computer and phone. The only drawback is that when using bluetooth to the phone the audio quality is not as good. Another drawback in the lack of a cable for using on a plane however the overall useability is great and I use them every day . Superb range that allows me to continue a conference call from several rooms away such as the kitchen to make a coffee during long calls without missing anything. A+

Good range of adjustment and nice sound quality. My only complaint (tiny one) is that in Teams calls, the very first fraction of a second audio is cut. This is probably due to the background noise-muting not responding quickly enough. Other than that, these are great headphones. The battery lasts all day and they keep my ears warm!

Was weary of spending a lot of money on this but have no regrets. The quality is unbeatable and is so convenient for working from home.

Comfortable fit, easy to set up and use.One thing only that I would improve is to have a location for the plug in dongle when not in use.The head phone fit nicely on to the charging stand, so I have a bit of blue-tac to stick it to the base unit. But it doesn't detract from the use. Very good over all

This headset has some clever features but bluetooth connection is crackly even with less than 1 m distance - which is really poor. Even worse, once muted it is impossible to unmute, as pressing the red mute button again leads to the announcement "Mute off" followed immediately by "Mute on", no matter how often you try it. So you are permanently muted, can't make calls and potentially locked yourself out of a call. Downloaded instructions, didn't help, spoke to techincal support, didn't help. AVOID!

Headset stopped connecting to the usb

Work provide these and I'm on my third now. They keep playing up and some my notes are:1. I pace as I talk and I can loose connection without even leaving the room2. I wander out of the room (bluetooth based = poor range) and once back it takes ages to reconnect3. For info I just use the dongle (which is bluetooth based as I understand it)4. Lately I'm having to reboot them several times a day as my voice becomes more and more cracklySo despite them being provided to me for free it looks like I'll be replacing them out of my own pocket, they annoy me that much.

O fone é perfeito! porém 3 meses após o recebimento, o fone simplemente parou de funcionar. acabei de abrir um RMA com a Poly para tentar resolver o problema.

I’ve used Sennheiser, Bose and Plantronics (now Poly) headsets in the past. I am not what I’d consider an audiophile, but I can definitely tell you there is a difference in sound quality between all three.Plantronics (Poly) headsets though, would have to take the cake when it comes to compatibility across multiple systems for simple voice communications.This headset in particular is one that I bought during the COVID lockdown for my remote work in IT. At previous employers, I had similar headset and found them to be comfortable and reliable enough. Not to mention, a full charge definitely lasts for my entire 8hr shifts and even the slightly longer 10hr shifts.I’m still using the same headset I bought 2-3yrs ago and have found that they work well on my cellphone, Discord on either mobile or PC, not to mention that they can also work on my PS5 (yes, I’ve done this because I got sick of the gaming headset dying after a few hours, where this headset’s charge last a lot longer).Now for the detractors. These are no Bose QC or Sennheiser, so I wouldn’t recommend them for those who just want to listen to music. Nor would I recommend them for competitive gaming as they are not so noise canceling that they would leave you completely immersed in the game environment enough to pickup sounds that would help keep you from being ambushed in game.The noise cancellation it does have, is strong enough for you to not realize your co-worker 8ft away is asking you a question, right until they’ve raised their voice enough that everyone within 25ft can hear them.

I am on zoom all day 5 days per week and these headphones are amazing! The best I have ever had! I have a soft voice and the mic is great. If I have muted zoom and try to talk, it notifies me that I am on mute. If I take them off it automatically mutes. When I first put them on, it tells me how many hours of battery time I have left and updates me throughout the day if I am getting low. And I love the charging stand! I just hang them on the stand at the end of the day and they automatically charge up; no plugging and unplugging them. I immediately went out and bought a back-up pair! My last set of headphones were $500 and these are hands down better at 1/3rd of the price. I can't recommend these highly enough. I love them!

Das Headset macht schon beim Auspacken einen sehr wertigen Eindruck, welcher sich auch bei der Benutzung bestätigt. Die Geräusche in der Umgebung werden sehr gut minimiert und der Anrufer hört von dem alles nichts. Für mich als Mitarbeiterin in einem Großraum Büro ein sehr wertvolles Arbeitsmittel. Der Tragekomfort ist auch sehr gut. Auch nach einem acht Stunden Tag noch angenehm zu tragen.Kurz gesagt, das Headset ist absolut empfehlenswert.

El producto cumple con todo lo que se menciona en la descripcion. Es comodo al estar usandolo por varias horas (6-8) al día, se escucha muy clara la voz y la cancelacion de ruido es bastante buena.El unico tema que he visto, es la duracion de la bateria no dura tanto pero nada que impacte el desempeño del producto.
