Very nice
These went down easy and digested well with a pretty good effect on heart and circulation, with which as we know omega fatty acids help.

Impressed
I recently tried this supplement and I have to say, I was impressed! As a vegan, I've struggled to find a good source of omega-3s that doesn't come from fish or other animal sources, but this supplement really hit the spot. I love that it's made with Ahiflower, a plant-based source of omega-3s that is up to 4x more effective than flaxseed. One thing that really stood out to me was the complete balance of omega-3, -6, and -9 in this supplement. I feel like I'm getting all the omegas my body needs in one product, which is really convenient. And at 1280 mg of omega-3s per serving, I know I'm getting a good amount to support my brain health and function.Another thing I appreciated about this supplement is the clean ingredient list. No gluten, GMOs, soy, eggs, seafood, shellfish, or nuts! As someone with food allergies, it's great to have a product that I can trust to not cause any reactions.Overall, I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a high-quality, plant-based source of omegas. It's clear that they care about what goes into their products and are dedicated to providing a great experience for their customers.

Who knew
I had no idea Sports Illustrated did supplements . . .I take omegas daily and normally use Nordic Naturals. These seem to be comparative price wise but need to take 3 softgels instead of 2.The softgels, like most brands are quite large. I didn't have trouble swallowing them, but if you are new to omegas and have trouble taking pills a mini might be easier to start. This comes in typical bottle packing with a twist off lid that is sealed with a plastic ring, and there is a seal under the cap so there is effective tamper protection. There was no bad or "off" smell when opened.I like that these are labeled gluten free as that means that my daughters, who have celiac, can take these as well.

Big
Holy Frito lay these are just as big as normal fish pills. They smell like herb baked tilapia. So I mean they look and smell like the real deal. My current ones and one before are both small and easy to swallow. I wasn't expecting them to be big. They upset my stomach like the real deal as well but it might be because the amount/size. My stomach is wierd like that. So I will have to keep toy current ones. The ones before current ones were same size but too squishy.

Seem to be good Source of Omega 3 from a name you know
I took a genetic test that one of its main things was informing if your genetics are more likely to have issues in certain areas and what supplements you can take to aid those areas. Omega 3 was one of the recommendations. Now you do need to take this information with a grain of salt, you take a supplement to supplement something you are not getting enough of in your daily diet so if you already get enough in your diet you don’t need the supplement. Also just because you are more likely to have this issue doesn’t mean you will and vice versa. Based off the recommendation and knowing I do not get enough fish in my diet I decided to add this supplement to my daily mix.The main benefits of omega-3 that I read are cardiovascular :* Lower blood pressure.* Reduce triglycerides.* Slowing the development of plaque in the arteries etc…This bottle contains a 30 day supply with 3 pills a serving so a total of 90 pills. The pill sizes are on the larger size but Omega 3 pills do tend to be pretty large… These are about the same size of the last brand I took and I have not problems swallowing.Have I noticed a difference since taking these? Not really, but I really don’t notice a difference with about any supplements I take but I trust that these are giving me some overall benefits which become even more important the older I get.

Good at first…but developed rash after first week
These were great at first. Most Omega-3 supplements I try give me severe heartburn, but I initially had no problems with this one at all. I was really happy with it. They recommend three gelcaps per day, but they do not have to be split up like others, so I was able to take all three with breakfast. I thought I had finally found the perfect supplement. The gelcaps are not as large as others I’ve tried, and I wasn’t having any gastrointestinal issues with them. However, after about a week, I started to develop a rash, and then my skin started to feel very sensitive to the touch. After stopping the supplement, the skin sensitivity has stopped, and the rash is starting to go away.Clearly my body had a reaction to an ingredient in the supplement. It’s unfortunate because I was really hopeful that it would work for me.
