Excellent Rosehip product
I really like this rosehip powder and have actually noticed a easing of pain in a bad knee joint. I take it daily in a smoothie and to avoid what a lot of people complain about with it being gritty I just put the powder in some liquid the night before, I mean it's dried organic rosehips so like a dried tea or coffee grounds it needs to be rehydrated, in the morning when I blend my smoothie it is not noticeable at all. also tried this method and next day made a herbal tea ...perfect. Last ages but will definitely re-order
