I've had this installed on my bedroom door for about a year now. Every since day one I've had issues. First, the videos it refers you to seem like they would work on my device, but my leds do not blink the way theirs does. Second, programing a fingerprint is hit or miss. Third, do not have wet fingers, dirty fingers, lint, cut, or anything or will not register and will not unlock. I had to hide a key by the door so I wouldn't get locked out. Sometimes it unlocked flawlessly. Sometimes it wouldn't read. And sometimes, it would say good scan but not unlock.

First finger print door handle I own and I must say I'm very impressed. I just hope it last many yrs before breaking down. Had it for a week and it's amazing. Will update within another month or 2. Install and everything took me about 10 min. The video they have also help alot.

Love this! Has a "good quality feel". This is my first smart fingerprint door knob I have purchased so far so good.

I installed this almost two years ago, and worked fairly well, although the process to add/mange fingerprints was a bit cumbersome. (Why is it necessary to open the inside handle and access the batter cage to push the CONFIG button? Couldn't that button be made available somewhere on the inside handle itself?Then just recently two of the three wires connecting the lock's logic board to the battery cage broke, rendering the lock useless. These are very thin gauge stranded wires, and they broke right at where the enter the snap-in connector, so repairing the lock would require finding an exact replacement connector, and crimping all three wires to it.

!!! Buyer Alert !!! DO NOT BUYWe bought this at 12/1/2020. Last week at 12/4, out of nowhere it stuck and the handle won’t turn. My husband disassembled the whole lock and trying to fix it. He found out the inside is completely broken.We use this on front door, main access is from garage so this is really lightly used, only 0-couple times a week. And yet this is broken in one year.I have trying to contact the buys since 12/4/2021 and haven’t yet hear anything. Unfortunately I must got another bad oversea seller, no customer service, no warranty, nothing after one month of Amazon prime return window to protect your money.So Be careful to spend your $100 dollar and risk your home in danger cause literally we have no lock on the front door right now!

The installation was pretty easy following the YouTube videos. One video shows how to install and the another how to program it. So after I installed the handle I later had to open it back up to program it. That was annoying! After I got it all programmed it worked for a day and then wouldn't read any of the fingerprints I had installed. Thank goodness I had the key. I reopened the lock and re-programmed it again. It worked for a few days then didn't then it did work. The lock decides when it wants to read your fingerprint. Only three stars for not working every time.
