I ordered both an XL and XXL to try the sizes (I am 5'7" and about 200 lbs) There was very little difference in how they fit. I kept both pairs. I like that they are long enough. (I have long legs and often find pants to be just a bit too short.) The black is not too sheer. With a nice top they are suitable for work as business casual. (not too "pajama-like" as some linen wide legs pants can look) I agree with other reviews that the fabric is NOT soft but I thought they would soften with washing and wearing like most linen does. I have washed them three times and they are still rough. Also the rough fabric catches lint. I am not convinced they are actually linen. I own a lot of linen clothing and these pants don't feel like linen. I do wish they were softer, but I like the fit and look overall.

Very nice linen pants. It fits well and is airy and cool for the hot summer months. I took a star off as the color is described as "natural linen." However, the color is more a very light pale yellow color. It's a nice color, just not the color I wanted for these pants. So, if you're wanting a pale yellow colored linen pants, this is for you. If you're wanting more a natural linen colored pants, this is not it.

The pants run true to size and the length is great for wearing with sandals.

Though nice fitting ang comfortable, it is so sheer you can see the outline of the pockets on the pants. I thought these would be my summer go to white linen pants. But I'm not one to want folks to see my underwear through my pants.

I’ve been wearing linen pants for years and I really wanted to like these pants, but I can only give them 3 stars. I realize that linen and cotton fabric can often be quite rough feeling, particularly in the lower price range and I realize that these fabrics get softer after a few wearings and washings. However, I have washed these three times already (cold machine wash, line dry) and they are still very scratchy on the skin. They are very light and cool, which is good and why I wanted them for the humid hot weather we have here in Florida, but even though the lightness makes them quite comfortable, the scratchiness is a little annoying.They are quite sheer (I have the natural linen color) and they are not a very flattering cut, but wearing a longer top with them helps with both those issues, so it’s OK. I realize that most linen pants are not very flattering anyway and are mostly for comfort than looks, but I find that this particular pair doesn’t hang as well as other linen pants I've had. I normally wear small in pants, but I bought medium in these. I’m glad I did, because even though some parts of the pants feel a little baggy, I have a feeling the small would be too tight in places. They look and feel a little cheap and definitely don’t look or feel like the description of high quality, soft, premium linen. Although they are OK for the price, I’ve had cheaper pants that don’t come with quite a many negatives as these.I’m not giving up hope yet for these and I’m hoping that over time they will soften and I’ll feel better about them.

I will spare any photos but I krdered the smallest size in the beige colour several months ago. For reference I am about 5'1" - 5'2" and weigh nearly 100lbs and waist size ordered differs based on brand and fit model. I absolutely love wearing linen pants year round here at the beach and wasn't expecting anytamazing, just simple, linen, drawstring pants. The material was insanely tough, not the coating on norm linen that needs to be broken in but it was almost like these would've stood up on their own had I added a touch of starch - but seriously only the colour was on point with the description. They were at least 5 inches too long and I'd have hemmed, taped or even cut them if the waist could be tied tightly enough not to slip off. I tried walking across the room and they were a chore to hold up. Basically they needed twice the cost of the pant to make them wearable and although I started a return, I forgot they arrived late and the 30 day window (bought just before Pre-holiday) was up before I could get back in town. I sent them and they were back almost immediately. They were donated to our church clothing room where anyone can get items needed for free.

These fit alright, but the fabric is so thin and see through they don’t hide much. Can even see the pockets through the fabric .. have to wear a looong top to cover.
