I love it but there's somethings to know before buying.
I wanted to wait at least a month before writing my review, one of the reasons I bought this one is because at the time it was very hard to find the 3090card unless you wanted to pay a crazy price. I went around looking at all brands of computers from brands like orgin, and cyberpower however it was the same end result that I would have needed to wait a month before the computer would have shipped. I wanted a new gaming PC for my birthday so when I was doing the looking if i bought it from them it would have shipped on the day of my birthday. That's when I came across this one, before this I did by a skytech branded computer for my cousin that had a rtx 3070 that had some minor issues with the cooling causing it to shutdown, seeing that I knew about computers I was able to order a AIO water-cooling block for the CPU and that fixed the random shut down he was getting. Knowing this I read what at the time was all 44 reviews from user and had my worries. I decided that it was the only way to get a 3090 card fast. I bought the computer with the mind set that I might need to change out fans and maybe other components, after I purchased the unit the delivery date came and went and I did not receive my computer, I then sent a message to skytech which took them around a day to respond. When they did they told me that the computer was only now getting set to be shipped after I mention to them that i paid for express shipping ( over $100) they apologized and gave me a refund for the shipping. At this point the computer had to be shipped to me as i live outside of the U.S and this time it took 2 weeks to get to me. Skytyech reached out a week after the computer was sown to be delivered and asked if the unit was okay and functional, explained to them that I had not received it yet and they told me to contact them when it dose if i had any issue. Unboxing the computer I was impressed the amount of protection they put in the box and only if someone dropped the computer form 6feet would it get damaged. None of the boxes neither the outer or inner box had any sing of damage not even tear marks. After unpacking it taking out the expanded foam that was inside the unit I was releaved that nothing appeared to have moved or been broke. I start connecting everything up and turned it on and the amount of rgb was crazy. At the time I did not have a wired ethernet to my computer but still over the mesh wifi6 in my house I get 200mbps so I was very shocked when I did a test and was only getting around 80 with the WIFI card that came with the pc. I ended up moving the network card down to the last slot. The reason for this skytech had the card in one of the full size slots that is used for graphic cards, So I thought it was not getting a correct connection. However that was not the case, so if you are looking to buy this computer and you don't have a wired ethernet to your desk you might want to think of purchasing a better network card. The other small issue I have is the same as past users where the USB-C connection on the front panel dose not work. I ended up tracing the wire and found it was no plugged in but also found that there was no space on the motherboard for the cable to connect to. This is a bit frustrating when your talking about a $4k + gaming pc, while on the topic of ports however the IO shield was another point of disappointment. I got mine to the point where I had to take a small flat head screwdriver and bend the pins out from inside the sub ports, some ports I can't even use because the metal sheet covers a part of the port. Again for the price point this is something that you would think would be fixed after all of the complaints I saw. At the time of purchasing mine there was some users receiving a zotac card and allot of the pictures supported that at the time I did not care to much but I was shocked when mine came with a 3090 gigabyte card so NO complains from me there. I have been playing games like flight sim, GTAV, Hitman 3 forza4 , Snipper elite 4 and had 0 issues frames are always high no stuttering what so ever. In summary if you can't wait for a custom built pc at least my experience was amazing and I plan on buying another rtx system from them for my office at work, I will update if any new issues come about but the slight issues I had to run into are mostly cosmetic and when playing a game I honestly don't care about the ports or the usb-c. If you have any questions about my system please feel free and I will try my best to answer.

Good value, dependable workstation (but the PSU might explode)
**UPDATE**9/1/21** OK, so my system came with the now infamous exploding power supply from Gigabyte, the GP-850GM. I have ordered a replacement PSU from Super Flower. Please check your power supply and make sure that it is not a Gigabyte GP-750GM, or GP-850GM. If your system has one of these units, there is a real risk of a fire hazard in your home or office. I tried contacting skytech via phone but nobody is answering their phones, so I am just replacing the PSU myself. With the current insanely inflated prices across the hardware market, this machine was the best option I could find. I compared against all the other pre-builts out there, and decided to give skytech a chance since their HQ is nearby. I'll start with shipping. The machine arrived fast, and was well packed. No surprises or disappointments during unpacking. The mainboard compartment was packed with one of those expanding foam packs. Everything was in place and seated correctly. My machine arrived with an Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4. For me, this was a good thing because I had 64GB of ECC ram on hand that I planned to swap in from my previous workstation. Most of the Asrock Ryzen boards support unbuffered ECC ram. The g.skill dimms that came in this machine were moved to another box where they are working fine. The RTX 3090 I received is the Zotac Trinity OC. This is a lower-end card limited to 350W and has a 1710 MHz boost clock. Honestly, I am fine with a dual 8-pin, 350W card. I don't plan on over-volting. It just needs to run reliably as a workstation card... and it performs in league with other RTX 3090s in Ocane, Blender, Unreal, etc. I haven't done much gaming, so I can't speak specifically to that. But the CPU and GPU have been taxed on content creation loads for extended periods without issue. The case looks/feels premium even though I know it's a Lian Li design ripoff. The PC case is a metallicgear neo qube. I don't plan to make any changes. I am fine with the fans it came with. There were sata power cables in place already to attach to spinning hard drives, but I did need to add my own data cable and screws to mount the drive. I think this is something that skytech should/can include. The motherboard probably came with a few sata cables, and for sure the case came with HDD mounting hardware. Skytech should include these instead of casting them aside during the assembly process. This was my first desktop that I didn't build myself, and I am seriously fine with what I received from Skytech. This is now my primary machine, and I've seriously not had a single issue with it. I should note that I immediately removed the wifi card that occupies a PCI slot as I am connected via ethernet... but I might have a use for it elsewhere. I never got to test the wifi performance. I can't say exactly what brands/components you will get with your build, but based on my experience I can definitely recommend this system.

Pretty good build, beside the absence of... USB-C, Bluetooth and decent keyboard!
Great PC, works well, Price was almost not a ripoff (Those are really sad times for consumers). I still donโt understand why would someone get a 3090 to game, I got this PC just for the video card, that I use in a home made workstation for computing. I am using this PC with another older video card (1080ti) and I had to update the BIOS/reset it for the graphic card to finally be recognized. I have to admit, I quite like the PC case, as well as all the lights (and I thought I was way too cool for this!!) My only issue so far, that is quite annoying, is the absence of USB-C. There is one plug in the front of the case, but it is inactive, the motherboard has NO USBC connectors! This is really surprising. All the components inside the PC are from reputable brands, and beside the USB-C absence, the only annoying things for a PC of this price is the lack of Bluetooth, and the keyboard that is a joke (seriously, it was impossible to type on this, I can't even imagine playing with it, the space bar was registering less than 20% of the hits) beside this, everything is good! I paid this $3999 with the AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, price keeps increasing. Crazy times!

Not built to last
Picked it up in May of 2021. Dead Jan 2023. I have an alienware that is 2 years older with a RTX2080Ti that is still running solid no issues. This product must have 0 pride in the work put into it as it didn't even last 2 years. The PC crashed when playing a game never booted back up again, fleaced the power out of all electronics and rebooted. PC has power now nice and pretty lights but videocard wont power all the way up but heck man we got us a purdy little bird hatching eggs on a little display on the card. Such a shame that the prices charged do not translate into quailty long standing products or pride when making such a high cost item. Took a decent amount of time to pay off the 4k dollar price and once I did a couple months later completely useless and more of a headache than worth to get help with. Shop around to a local source that you can have physical access to which assist in holding the correct individual person accountable for ripping you off.

What a beast!
Just got this beast of a PC today. I was crossing my fingers that the components it came with would be good and I haven't been let down. ASROCK Phantom Gaming 4 X570 motherboard (basic but serves it's purpose) Gskill Trident Z RGB Ram Gigabyte Aorus Geforce RTX 3090 9 Fans AIO as advertised Case is very, very sharp looking and RGB works well. Stays cool and quiet - even pushing Cyberpunk at 3440 x 1440 with Ultra Settings and RT on, card and CPU never broke past 65 degrees. Can't see the Power Supply type, but I haven't had any crashes or BSOD yet. Product was shipped and packed well and nothing was unseated during transit. Even though this is only my first night with the system, its sleek, looks amazing, stays cool, and performs better than I expected! Thank you, Skytech - coming from Alienware, I am impressed and delighted so far.

Great 4k experience
This PC is amazing. I have experienced no crashes or issues with it since I have got it. It is very expensive, but I do want to let you know that it is WORTH the money. I can play any game in 4k with with no issues at all with ultra settings. If you are skeptical like I was at first please don't be. If you are looking for that 4k gaming experience look no further! Plus it was a great way to secure the 3090 rtx! lol

I was not disappointed, my unit came exactly as described.
My unit was the top of the line model at the time of purchase. RTX 3090 and Ryzen 9 3900x with 32 GB of RAM. Some brands vary regarding what parts they have in stock, so here is what mine came with: * An MSI RTX 3090 Ventus 3X 24G OC * ASUS ROG Strix motherboard * G.SKILL Trident Z RGB RAM (4 of the 8 GB sticks) * Cooler Master AIO * 9 RGB fans The power supply has its own separate cooling fan and my GPU brand has 3 fans of its own. The 6 RGB fans on this machine are for case airflow, with an additional 3 fans attached to the AIO. So this computer has excellent ventilation and cooling performance. My GPU tops out at 60ยฐ C and my processor hasn't even hit 70ยฐ C once. This is with my custom fan settings on turbo mode, which prioritizes cooling instead of quietness. The computer even came with Bluetooth and wifi 6, and a ton of extra cables in the box as spares or if you want to add extra equipment to your motherboard. This computer has honestly been great and based off of my experience I do recommend this brand. I understand it's an expensive purchase on Amazon but I was not disappointed. I

Great Right out of the Box
Great Rig right out of the box. No issues with setup. It's a beast of a system that runs Doom Eternal and Cyberpunk 2077 on highest settings without issue. Don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from especially the one that says it can be built for < 2000$. Impossible, the RTX 3090 alone is over 2000$ on eBay since they're impossible to get. Only issue I have is with the ASUS RGB software. I can't change the RGB lighting of the fans and CPU cooler. Overall highly recommended.
