When did Colgate move to Mumbai India.
I noticed the low quality of these tooth brushes as soon as I opened the package. I went to the store and looked at the same package of brushes. They showed Colgate to be in New York and Canada. Also much higher quality. These came from Mumbai India and they are nothing like the quality I have been used too. Now I have to take a chance and hope I get real Colgate tooth brushes or go back to buying them at the grocery store. The bristles come out and they don't last anytime.

This is a THREE count, just like the photo shows, even though the heading says 4 count. The product is fine but the advertisement is misleading.
