This drink is great. I have been working out seriously for about twenty years. I've used many different pre-workout drinks. Most drinks either get you too jittery or what really annoys me is when you start to build a tolerance and then need to start adding more and more to each drink. I've used C4 for a while and thats what happened with them. I needed to buy two bottles for the amount of time i should only be getting through one bottle.Once I switched to Rise I'm getting a real good pump up before my workout, no weird jitters and no crashing. Most importantly i'm getting a super good workout.I've already been through one bottle and am half way through with the second. Its not a famous name brand and it isn't as expensive as the other names which at first made he hesitate, but to me its the best bang for your buck.

I love this stuff! This is my second time ordering it. I pour the scoop in my water bottle . I drink half of my water bottle 15 minutes before going to the gym then I sip on it during my work out . I find this doesn't give me a headache at the end if I drink it all at once. I usually work out for 1 1/2 hours and it last thru that time. I do need to eat something before drinking it or else I will have the jitters. So I will eat a piece of toast with peanut butter with my first half . Then I'm ready to rock . I use to drink a lot of energy drinks but those would just get me to crash and burn in 3 hours. I find with the pre work out it does not do that to me. It goes out of my system gradually not just a drop off! Lol if you know what I mean .

Great product! Im a bodybuilder and i recently purchased the lemon lime flavored RISE. This preworkout works very well and tastes great. RISE gave me good energy, strength and pump. Took a shot with Rise from all the good reviews. I'm glad that I did, I've used all the major brands and Rise was as good or even better. Tastes like a country time lemonade, and it gave me a clean energy through my entire workout without any jitters. The only disappointment was that they were out when I tried to order a couple more.

This was the second pre workout I've ever used and bought it on a whim seeing how it got great reviews. First off it tastes great and I can down it or sip on it no problem. Works within twenty minutes of taking it. For me I get a little shaky in the hands and I get a slight tingly feeling in my arms that quickly goes away as I keep working out. I also found that when I warm up on the treadmill I don't hit a wall of being tored or cramping up as quickly as I do without it.

The only pre workout I will ever buy. Works every time. Incredible focus and stamina during workouts.

I can't tell if this really gives me energy or not. I've tried other brands where it's a clear difference, but this one is so mellow I can't tell if it actually works..

I bought this wanting to try something new. It has a great citrus taste, which was refreshing. I got a rush feeling from it, but no focus. It kicked in within 20 mins of taking it. If you have any food in your stomach, you won't feel anything.
