It is a lovely waist trainer. I wear size 12-14 and I ordered large. It is an appropriate size for me but it doesn't sweat as stated in the description and it folds also.

I originally brought a M but it was way too small. I then measured my waist and I ordered a 3XL as the waist size said 3XL and it fits perfect. These sizes don’t correspond to UK sizes so measuring your waist first then looking at the size guide is recommended. I love mine. So now I will be down sizing as I start to lose weight.

This material is not good and not strong the one I bought before the inside could make you sweat and the outside and inside is strong but this One I do not recommend as it just fold. The back one is better than the grey one . And the wires inside are so weak that they just bend whe I bought the same size.

These photos are of when I just got it, and since I have worn it to the gym and I found it the most comfortable one that I have tried! The straps keep it tight which I thought was great it doesn’t slip or roll, I recommend this waist trainer for fast results also!

This waist trainer helps you to generate heat and sweat around the abdominal region when working out. This also helps you to lose weight. Really good product.
