A: For wheel wells, you may need a stronger cleaning product such as dish soap. As for the seatbelts, Inside will do it fine

A: Yes. It was made to be capable of removing oil, so sunscreen shouldn't be a problem

**Q: Can i use this for my 4runner softex seats?**
A: I honestly do not know BUT you should try it on it section of it that's hard to see and find out
