Akebono EUR1042A Rear Brake Pad, GREY

Great quality. Last pair I bought lasted for over 90.000 miles until I sold the car. Literally zero dust. I already bought another set for my other 2012 X5. It takes one day of driving to get used to them. Initially they seem a bit soft compared to DUSTY EOM'S, but after a day or two they are absolutely great! I’ll never buy any other brand type for my BMW cars.

First I installed Powerstop after the all the raving reviews. Powerstop were squeaky after about a week. Swapped to this Akabono brand and they are silent and stop as good as OEM. Oh wait they are OEM just have their own branding vs Toyota's logo on them and without the middle man fee. Buy these they are great.

Awesome brake pads, installed them on an 08 E70 X5, fits like a charm, no noise, but the biggest thing is there is no brake dust. Haven't noticed much difference in braking than OEMs once you have worked them in a bit. You may notice slightly less braking initially but that is probably because they need to be worked in plus they do feel a little different from your earlier worn out OEMs. I paired them with Centric rotors.

What an upgrade for my BMW x5d, E70. These just as good as stock...if not better...and NO BRAKE DUST!! That was my biggest complaint about my car is that I could wash it and within 2 days...the front wheels were black. Not anymore. Don't listen to the dealer....these are just as good as stock if not an upgrade.

Very disappointed to receive used brake pads from an Amazon order. The item was bundled together is a plastic film and shame on me for not looking at the product before I had the old brake pads off my car. When I unwrapped the item, all four pads looked like the picture attached.

Installed on a BMW X5. Good stopping power, the most important, and zero noise and less brake dust than OEM.

The only con so far is that they lack a little bit of bite, compared with OEM.
