We used this for a 6-hour move in a U-haul truck, and the bags were large enough for our mattresses. They are essentially just a very large plastic bag, but it did the trick of making sure the mattress didn't touch a lot of surfaces. The bags didn't rip or tear when loading/unloading and in transit.While this would have been easier with two people there, I was able to shimmy it on a king mattress with just one person.Definitely, this is a one-use only kind of product, but was perfect for moving.

We bought two mattress covers (the 4mm ones) and are very happy with the product! The covers didn’t have any smells. They got the job done perfectly! The sizes of the covers were good. They covered the mattresses very well. They did not tear at all, not even a little bit. One of covers got a bit dirty during the move and I was able to easily wipe it off with a cloth. After we used them I was able to fold them pretty tightly and saved them for the future uses.

Its a solid mattress cover whether you are using it for moving or even storage purposes. I checked walmart and target, and this one is on par with the ones I saw in store. In terms of quality, its not super heavy duty, but it’ll get er done.

WOW! Bought this for the return of a KING mattress and it was thick. Slipped on easy and since it was on the second floor we were able to bring it down the stairs so easily. No zipper but that was ok we just tapped it shut. We did not intend to use for long time period.
