This cutlery set is no good for arthritic hands, the knives, forks and spoons are enormous and much bigger than my old set.

Extremely poor quality. The forks are like entree size and don’t even comfortably fit in your hand. They also easily flex / bend.

The silverware arrived securely wrapped. It is pretty, shiny, sturdy, good quality and looks nice on my table.

When I ordered this set previously, I ordered it because it was advertised as heavy, and it is. I have managed to lose some of the set over time and bought this set to augment my previous set. They look the same, but some of them are lighter/smaller/shorter than those in the previous set. So they are cutting back on the amount of material being used in them, obviously. And sadly. This is why I give a 3 star on sturdiness. I will keep them because I want them to match my current set and at each place setting, the differences should be undetectable. Also, I noticed over time with the other set, that the bright shininess they arrive with goes away, so just be aware of that if you are planning to purchase. They look great out of the box, but not so great over time, at least when using the dishwasher, which I have done about half the time. The ad mentions handwashing, which caring for them that way could preserve the very shiny finish but I can't say for sure since I haven't done that exclusively. Other than that, and for a nick in one of the forks (came that way) my other set has been great.

I suggest that you order as many sets as you would like in ONE ORDER and do not piece meal it. I ordered a set of these in July 2018. Then, I ordered some this week (September 2020). Both orders from SHARECOOK, but apparently the mold that they use to make the newer set was not the same as the one used in 2018 because this new set was slightly bigger. I really want all my silverware to be the SAME size because I'm petty that way. I do like this flatware set A LOT. I like the simplicity, the weight, the look. However, I want them all to be exactly the same size. For example, my big forks from the first order are definitely not the same as the big forks in my 2nd order. I'm ordering three more sets at the same time. Hopefully these three sets will match one of my other sets.
