Abrams SAE Class-1 Edge 3 Series [Amber] 9W - 3 LED Tow Truck Snow Plow Construction Vehicle LED Grille Light Head Surface Mount Strobe Warning Light

I have a small John Deere tractor with snowblower, but it has no lights of any kind on the back. Clearing the end of my driveway and mailbox area in the dark is dangerous without some kind of warning light. This thing is AMAZINGLY bright! I hooked it up to a 12 volt bench supply just to test it and even in the daylight it is almost blinding. The instructions warn you not to "stare directly into these lights" and they mean it! I will be mounting it to the rear of my tractor for the winter season. My only concern is that it might be too bright... a good problem to have. Looks completely waterproof.The only negative is that the Class-1 Edge Series (Amber) came with a one page manual that mentions only 4 wires, but my light has 5. The white wire is not mentioned in the directions. This should be corrected. I did see some "answers" on the product page that indicate this is a "steady burn override" wire. Nice feature, but I haven't verified it.

They do seem to be a lighter amber color than most other strobes but doesn’t really matter because they’re very bright and seem to be built well. I have a 48” whelen liberty lightbar on top my trailer (with modded three watt leds) and they seem very comparable!
