I use a lot of the quick disconnects and bought this nozzle to hopefully have one that would last a bit longer than one season. Works great so far.

I was expecting the quality to be a little bit better. From fully open to fully close and in between, there is not a smooth transition of water flow and spray density. You do get what you pay for and the price was reasonable. An avid gardener would probably object but I’m a weekend gardener and so it will do

I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that on the little one, there is no way to control the flow of water, at nozzle once hose is on.

I USE THIS TO CLEAN THE LARGE CARTRIDGE OF MY POOL FILTER, IT WORKS AMAZINGLY TO GET IN BETWEEN THE FOLDS AND GET THE DIRT/BUGS AND GRIME OUT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WITH WHO NEED TO CLEAN CARTRIDGE FILTERS.

The spray nozzle is good, but what is surprising is that the rivet used for the trigger totally rusts on both sides. The mfr should use a Stainless steel or hard Brass rivet so it doesn't rust.

I really like this nozzle. It's heavy, brass and works better than the one I grew up with. I think it will be around for many years, not like the plastic nozzles available in today's big box stores.

Very sturdy and efficient product. The spray is a bit unstable, but at this price there is no complaint here.Good buy.

Hi, I've had this spray nozzle for a few months and works well but maybe will upgrade my review by end of summer since my experience with these nozzles is they last only 1 season then disintegrate.... so far this nozzle seems to be hold up and is easy to use and looks like its made with some durable material.

**UPDATE** I got a couple more of these nozzles since my original review, below. The first nozzle survived being outside in an unheated garage all winter. (I drain all my nozzles before storing them, but some of the plastic ones just don't work the same after a winter of storage.) My original metal nozzle works as well as ever.They also don't leak all over me, like most of my plastic nozzles do.---------------------**ORIGINAL REVIEW**I've gone through a LOT of nozzles and I have to say I really like this one. The concentrated stream shoots a lot further than any of my other nozzles. (Same hose, same pressure.) The spray adjustment works well, unlike many of my other nozzles that shoot an uneven spray in multiple directions.The supplied metal QC fitting mates perfectly with the "standard" plastic quick connects out there and should last a lot longer.I can't speak to it's durability since I just got it, but it looks solid and well made.

The last hose nozzle I had was very well made except for the cheap plastic squeeze handle that controlled the water flow. It broke and was horrible to use so it went in the garbage. The thumb control seemed like a great alternative to the squeeze handle and I must say, I LOVE it!! Why aren't all nozzles made this way?!?! I use it to wash my car and it works perfectly. Highly recommend!

From researching hose nozzles, I got the impression there are bad cheap nozzles and bad expensive nozzles. All reviews complain about leaks and durability for all products. So I decided to buy this cheaper nozzle, and boy am I glad I did.The handle control on this is perfectly well designed. All hose manufacturers should copy this. You control the flow level with a thumb switch, and then you don't have to hold anything. No triggers to hold in, no contraption to lock the trigger. It doesn't need anything like that. You can even dangle it by the hose to fill pails, or use it like a water wand so you don't have to stoop to water plants. There's lots of spray settings, including the very useful showerhead settings.And it doesn't leak at all. I left my water on overnight and didn't even notice because the connection between the hose and the nozzle didn't leak a drop.So, stop researching nozzles and just buy this one.

It's a nozzle and it does it's nozzle job. A little but odd that the trigger is reversed when compared to most. Off is in the up position and on is in the down position. Works great.
