Great for homemade stocks
These are very reasonably priced and I use them to make my own stock... I tend to buy whole baby parsnips for use in roasts, but I've never seen those at Morrisons... These would be fine for parsnip mash, but the children aren't fond of it...for stock though, they are just the job

So glad to see fresh parsnips back in stores. Difficult to ger fresh through summer, However now they are back and tasty as ever. Love putting then with squash & carrots and roasting in the oven or airfryer. Great value
