I can't take folic acid or l-methyl folate, these supplements are a great solution. They arrived in good condition and on time. I'll update after my next blood work.

Easy, gets the job done

I might have missed in the description where it’s a chewable tab. Just gets stuck in teeth. At least taste isn’t terrible. Didn’t like it though.

Honestly these are weird. Tasteless and have a gummy consistency while not being gummy at all. When you start to chew them they instantly get stuck in your teeth and you have to pick it out. Really made things difficult in first trimester when everything makes you nauseous anyway.

Probably a lot of people look at chewable because it's for kids. I'm sure it's hard to make something like this really taste great, and I doubt there's anything much better out there, but the taste for me was pretty mediocre. My kid takes it okay though, so I guess it's good enough.

I used these during and after my pregnancies. They seemed to work very well.

My mom can't take pills so she is so happy to have a chewable option.

Not really tasty or tart like orange peel, just a hint of orange flavor. Kind of wierd texture, at first it's like grahm cracker, then it turns to gum like texture, then it turns to soft taffy texture. It's easier than swallowing horse pills, I'll give it month to see if it works as B vitamin supplement shoud.
