Super pissed. The description when I bought it said that it came with the band and the heart rate monitor. I spent 15 more dollars than necessary to get just the disk. 🤬

Very good indoor fitness program. I liked it very much.

They did some very nice modification since this game came out in 2010 now you get detected everywhere which is a huge huge plus for this game before grown work like push ups and sit ups where very frustrating when the kinect stop detecting you kind of screwed up your workout.Ok first i am used to training so i train intense on this one with a sauna suit. I have to say that its a good warm up but don't buy this thinking its like P90X or Insanity Focus T25 because its not, the good thing is that you can go out and buy some dumbells of your choice and have a very good workout. I always use my dumbells bought the game used and i hate resistance bands.Major plus you can build your own workout, set a training schedule, your weight height age and so on so very complete.I plan on using EA active to complement my training and so far its great
