not a strong flavor
I usually use two tea bags for a cup just so I can taste the lemon balm tea. It seems to have a mild calming effect.

Nice flavor
I enjoy this tea in the evening as it's caffeine-free and has good flavor. If you like tea but worry about sleeping after drinking it, this is a great option. I also appreciate that there's 100 tea bags!

Quality Organic product at a good price
Quality product. Organic in Eco friendly tea bags. The price for this product was also very good for 100 bags. The taste was on par with all teas of this kind. I do recommend this product.

I gave this 3 stars because I really felt it helped me to stay relaxed at night. While I still woke up several times, I could easily roll over and go back to sleep. However, the taste was terrible. No lemon flavor at all, and all. Could taste was either stems or tea bag. Not sure which. Very disappointed.

Good product for the money....
I ordered another brand at the same time since I had never purchased Lemon balm tea. The other brand was more than twice the price per tea bag. FGO brand is far superior in my opinion. I will never purchase the other brand, but I will buy FGO again as it smells and tastes so much better.
