Exceeded my expectations
Great experience so far. The installation was really easy. I love that they give you a template and it's NOT a circle but more of a"diamond." Ever tried cutting a circle in metal with an angle grinder? It's not easy to make it look nice. With the straight lines of the cutout, it's easy to get a cleaner looking install. The solar panel is super sensitive and the unit was spinning upon opening the package, very promising. It also slowly down very quickly with even just a tiny bit of shade. I was so happy with the operation AND, most importantly, the installation, I ordered another giving me two for my 40' High Cube. I suspect I'll end up with three. My Conex box is black so I do have that working AGAINST me......

Very Expensive: Verdict is still out on its full return as this will be a long time from now
Very pricey but of good quality and thus far still working after 6-months of usage. I have not tested air flow but by looks, and sound I believe it should move more for the price. Although it's quiet in operation, this shouldn't be an actual indicator of actual air transfer, and my going up top to feel the air movement with full sun showed me its decent for solar powered. In sum, if it lasts past a decade without issue or lowered performance I'd say anyone would get a decent repayment of what they (*pricey *) paid. Its of mediocre compact size and it fits just as advertised on ti shipping container roofs.

Surprisingly good quality
Awesome product. The instructions are clear and in color with pictures. The vent is solid and feels like quality. Ill be buying another one soon.

Keeps the gas fumes down
Runs in med and high sunlight. It's obvious when the sun pops out from behind a cloud, the fan speeds up considerably. I Use with vents to keep the fumes down from the mower and tractor. Might reduce the temp some but hard to tell on a 40' container. Going to install a second and see if that helps a little. But mainly wanted the air to be fresh and gasoline/diesel fume free.

Fan works, but assembly could be improved.
Received the fan today and the housing is good quality. As soon as I took it outside the fan began spinning, so the solar generation works well. Taking a few stars off because the fan is simply pressed into place on 4 studs instead of being attached with screws. Mine had detached during shipping and tore the insect screening. Now I’ll need to disassemble and replace the screen before installing the fan on my container. For a $100 fan I wouldn’t mind, but at over $250 these need to be assembled better.

Good fan, repeat customer
This is our third fan from solar blaster, the first of these on a container. Our other fans are more than 6 years old and no problems. Fan showed up quick, in good condition.

Air it out
When we realized our container was holding more heat than we wanted thus was our fix. Works great. We are planning on adding a second one
