Amazing for my dog. At 10-12 years, she started w/ STP & she was active, wanting to run around. For anyone giving this to a dog - the dose of STP is for a horse, not dog. It contains Phenylbutazone, an NSAID, a great one, & is dosed for equine weight. I dosed my dog - 7-10 mg per lb. & she was not on any other pain relievers. Don’t give your dog the full equine dose. Give with food & my dog loved the flavor. Dose your dog by weight. 7 mg per lb. It’s an NSAID, so if your dog is on Rimadyl or anything for arthritis from the vet than choose either or, not both products. Due to ulcers, blood thinning, & more from too many anti-inflammatory meds. Check other meds your dog is on in case of side effects w/ an NSAID that’s in this formula. Vets never suggest this for dogs b/c they can’t sell it, but can sell Rimadyl to make money. My dog did amazing with this & better on it than Rimadyl. The other ingredients lubricated joints & helped her tremendously!

First of all, I don't write a lot of reviews, but this STP stuff just knocked me off my feet. We do rescued a 16 year old Perchron mare MooMoo about 2 years ago. She was lame due to overgrown hoofs and thin soles and after 2 years her feet were still sore even after being taking care of by a great farrier, Durasol ( great stuff), boots and supplements. We just pretty much gave up on her being sound for more than a couple days. I didn't wanted her on pain medicine and did some research on STP. I decided that it was worth to try this stuff on one of our older lesson horses which started to get arthritis and also on MooMoo. After 3 days MooMoo started to walk better, still off but definitely better. After a week she started trotting in the pasture without being lame and i thought that this wasn't possible. After 6 weeks of daily STP she is sound, running into the barn when it is feeding time and is a lot more perky then she ever was!!! Our other lesson horse is feeling also more comfortable. This stuff is like magic in a bottle and i don't have to worry about pain meds which will cause ulcers in the long run. Money well spend and STP is now always in our feed room!

I love this brand and have yet to find something I don’t love from them.i like using this before and after a show to help my old arthritic gelding and he seems to not mind the flavor as well!

Hoping he is moving and feeling a little better... no miracles yet, but seems alert and is moving more... I am hoping after some farrier work we will see a bigger difference. Trying to keep him comfortable and pasture/turnout sound.

This stuff is AWESOME! I can't believe how quickly I saw the results in such a very short time. Our 28 year old TB gelding was nipping at his knees pretty good when my daughter would ride him (she's not very big) and she would only walk/trot with him. Now, they don't seem to bother him. I rarely see him rubbing/nipping at his knees now. Highly recommend this product!

This stuff seems to work for real...I give it to my English Bulldog who has severe dysplasia on both rear legs...he would not walk more than a few paces before sitting and not wanting to move from the spot. After a week of taking the stuff he started to move around and walk quite rapidly for his condition. I never though to see that kind of results in such a very short time. I hope to see more improvements as he continues to take STP...by the way, even though it is very very sweet, he likes the stuff enough to lick the plate dry!

I'd give this a 10 stars. It really works !!!!!!! My 27 yr old gelding could barely more. He is moving more freely. Tonight he broke into slow but definite run. I'm very very very very happy with this product. Highly recommend.

So happy this was recommended to me by the maker of “leg magic” my horse responds badly to butte but this worked great !! And my horse loves the flavor !!
