i love this company's policy of trying never to use unnecessary additives. and they still manage to usually beat the competition, on value. i highly recommend using & suoorting this excellent company, who for me, stand out, in the huge & often confusing supplement marketplace. Great product. I have been switching to this brand because they do not use any fillers. I figured I did not need sand (silica or silicon dioxide) in my diet anymore.

Best amount, need to take twice daily
Cant beat the quantity provided, really need to take 3 pills twice a day regularly to be effective.

I think that when you take natural products you must purchase quality. These capsules look very well manufactured and you can feel that the product is clean and neat. For natural products you have to use them for some more time to test effectiveness. We will keep giving proper feedback in due time. I recommend it

Did not work for me
Amazon used to give you your money back if the item did not work if it made you sick well guess what they don’t do that anymore. So I am not gonna buy anything from them that I have not tried before. So I just wasted about $28 and I am a senior citizen that’s a lot of money to lose. It may work for other people but I just did not work for me made me sick. Unfortunately, Amazon is going to lose a lot of business
