it exceeded my expectations. much roomier than i anticipated. i usually wear medium or large depending on the item, I choose medium and it was very comfortable. the elephant trunk compartment was a lot bigger than i expected. if you are in between sizes, i definitely suggest go with the smaller size. and unless you are much larger than average in the "manly area", don't expect to fill it up, even at full mast. there will probably be extra space at the tip.

They are so comfortable definitely get a bigger size and I’m glad I did in the color gray.And I’m sure I will end up buying more when they have more colors in a larger size.

Too much material on top and not enough on the bottom, actually have a fold of material on top of the tube and the lack of material on the bottom causes my Johnson to curve down.

Ordered a medium based on Amazon recommendations and the sizing guide. I’m 5’10”, 185 with a 34” waist. So tight. I can’t even imagine a large would be comfortable. Thicker material and seams than I prefer so I won’t be replacing.
