Excellent!
Wanted something that would hold up outdoors, to replace a couple shrubs at the entrance to garage that had overgrown their spots. These are just the right height, not too big or too small, super strong, and will accommodate growth of our new "fiber optic grass" plants easily. (They love water, so having the reservoir is absolutely perfect for them.) These appear to be extremely high quality, easy to clean, and are made of a material impervious to weather, sun, dirt. There were no holes drilled for drainage but that just allowed us to drill them where we wanted them. We did not opt to drill the holes in the top because we will just water them along with the rest of the containers. They look amazing and we couldn't be happier with them. Highly recommend this product!

Nice White Planters!
Nice planters just what I was looking for. I almost didnโt purchase because it was marked as frequently returned item, but Iโm glad I did! And looking at the good reviews, not sure why Amazon labeled as such. Anyways, Theyโre good quality and the perfect addition to our front entry way. I like that they donโt look cheap, they look like a similar brand called Walpole Designs, only not as pricey.

Exactly what I was going for!
I couldn't be happier with these purchases. ...I was tired of trying to maintain flowers on our front entry and this purchase is exactly what I was going for. Planters are the perfect size (14") for the narrow space, sturdy, quality material. I really like the Cape Code style. I ordered a 2pack of 37" cedar topiary trees , Aummooh brand, on Amazon too, and they worked perfectly. We used a couple layers of cardboard inside the planter to support the cedar tree pot (we used cardboard from the boxes the items were delivered in). Highly recommend both of these products!

Great Planters
I have 6 Mayne self watering containers. They are the best. They stay out all winter in New England and there is no cracking. The water reservoir allows you to skip a couple of days watering in the summer without plants suffering.

My plants have never been happier, they water from below and it's great they fill themselves when it rains
These things are amazing. After buying my first couple last year, I'm moving all my patio plants into them, a couple at a time. The color of the planter holds up well (no fading of the color yet, despite full on blasting sun - I bought the black color in a different size last year, so the comment is based on a full season). They're lighter to move than ceramic/glazed pots (when the water resevoire isn't full). The best thing about them is the root watering system. You drill a hole in the top (they include a rubber stopper to block it when done). Then, you pour water into the top hole until you see water coming out the small drain hole on the side. The drain hole is pre-drilled, at a level high enough to water the plant root through via the internal trough, but without drowning the plant. Another bonus: the watering system fills by itself when it rains. It's true they are costly, and let's face it, the colors and styles aren't what you'd get with glazed/ceramic options, but they look pretty good. And in a hot part of the country where saucer water can evaporate in hours, it's great not to have to water them every day when August rolls around. My plants are loving them, very healthy, and that's what matters.

Nice Planter
I purchased two of these planters for my front porch. They are sturdy and attractive. The planters have a built-in water reservoir so your plants have a steady supply of water. My only complaint is that these planters did not come with a hole on the rim for you to add the water. You have to drill the hole yourself. I previously purchased the rectangular version of this planter and those came with the appropriate holes.

This planter looks great and functions great. My tomato plants are so happy, since they get just the water they need. Great design

Holds up to intense sun and heat
Mayne makes good products. This is my third planter and it is exactly what I wanted. Iโve had it now for a few years and it has not shown any signs of deterioration from the intense sun on the south facing porch. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately my planter had a quality issue with the drain hole.

My pot is leaking on the corner and water runs out. What good is a reservoir?
