Not a huge jar, but I was able to do multiple coats on my kitchen counter and still have half a jar. So goes a long way. Sealed up the butcher block around the sink great.

I used this my first time staining and realized I was trying to stain a bamboo table. Upon what I assume was a very much longer dry time. Still worked perfectly. A little went a long way.

Item was easy to apply but if the wood cabinet is scratched and has marks the item will show every imperfection..

This is great varnish which I have experience with from my days in the states. However, the quantity supplied is prohibitively expensive. Water based varnish has become the norm in the UK but most off the shelf brands provide no real protection from the elements, when used outside, and no protection from wear when used inside, no matter how many coats you apply. This is what prompted me to buy the Minwax Poly. However, I ultimately did find a tough duty water base varnish in the UK, "Mann's extra tough", that did the job at 1/10th of the price of importing this tiny quantity of minwax.
