A little hard to figure out, but great results
I've used this multiple times now, and each time it gets a little easier. Firstly the under-eye pad is pretty useless, it's easier to not use it at all. It doesn't really fit the eye shape and ends up triggering your blinking messing up your eyelashes. They also trigger tears, at one point I just tossed them out, you have a higher chance of getting something in your eye with them than without considering the whole point of the pad was to protect your eyes. I think it's important to pay attention to the the lash glue part too. Making sure the entire lash pad is glued onto your eyelid is pretty important, because if that thing comes off, everything would be a total mess. Once that is done, the hardest and longest part is actually gluing your eyelashes to the pad. That is probably going to take you a 30-60mins if you're new to it. It is a literal struggle, forget the tools, use your fingers to attach them. Make sure they are glued on and won't fall off the pad. The rest of the parts are pretty simple, just put the perm (has a little smell) and then the fixing agent before removing the pad and adding the oil. The waiting part does take a bit with each formula. In total if you do both eyes at once it should take maybe 1-1.5 hours. If you're doing one at the time expect 1-3 hrs depending on how good you are at it. After all that work, it actually comes out pretty great, it stays for about a month or so before it wears off. I also recommend to not shower 24hrs after doing them or it'll ruin them. Overall despite all the work, it's got great results and I have short asian lashes and they even work great on me.

Easy Process, Visible Results!
If you're doing it yourself, here are my tips:-For a dramatic result, use the smallest gel pad!-Do one eye at a time-Skip the bottom eyelash cover, you won't need them and they can get in the way!-When gluing your lashes to the top gel pad, use plenty of glue, those bad boys must stick and stay while the perm and fixation processes for the best results! Apply extra glue around the the very tips of the lashes to be sure they stay in place, and while adhereing the lashes to the gel pad, you can push the ones the Y-brush doesn't get with your fingers to be sure you get absolutely every lash!- Separating the lashes helps with the overall quality of the end result, but not nearly as importantly as lifting and curling them upwards as much as possible.- When applying the perm / Fixation to your lashes, Target the root and middle of the lash, but avoid the tips! It is crucial that you take your time applying so as to not irritate your eyes because if you do, they will water all over the chemicals and completely ruin the chemical process, so TAKE YOUR TIME.-While the perm / fixation processes, cover your processing eye in plastic wrap and lay down on your back, get cozy! Set a timer for 14 minutes on both to be sure they process effectively ( you'll thank me later!) Laying down prevents the pull of gravity from causing your lashes to detach from the gel pad and ruin the curl!-The nutrition product can be irritating to the eyes so apply it SPARINGLY.-If you plan on tinting your eyelashes, DO NOT do it on the same day / night if you can help it. Your eyes will be already so tender and sensitive and the dye will make them burn and again, your tears will ruin the chemical process.Congrats! You'll get a dramatic lash perm at home all by yourself! I've learned all of these with time so I can assure you, they are tried and true!

Great, but buy a separate glue
It does the job well, my only complaint is the glue that comes with it which will make or break the entire process. You need your lashes to stay in place the whole time, so I would suggest you buy a separate lash lift glue that comes with a little brush because the one in this kit is trash. The one that I bought was in a balm form and it worked so much better for me.

DONT BUY THIS
Save yourself the money, time, stress, and damage. Go to a professional. I used this product, followed the directions exactly ( which by the way were missing some information) and not only chemically burned the skin under and around my eyebrows…. But also destroyed my eyelashes. From watching troubleshooting videos trying to figure out where I went wrong- I have found that the forms that you brush your eyelashes onto were misshapen and not smooth in my kit, they don’t tell you to only put the product at the bottom of the lashes, they don’t tell you that the chemicals will eat the glue you used to smooth your lashes down, the glue also didn’t keep the forms on my eyelids, the forms were too narrow at the base- causing my lashes to bend inward too sharply making them weak and bending the length into the crease of my eye. The mis shaped forms also made a wave in my lashes where it was collapsed in one section. I did not notice this until the chemicals were already on, and had been on. I processed for the minimum amount of time listed. My eyelashes look ridiculous and are no longer protecting my eyeballs. When I brush through them with a spoolie after washing my face, eyelashes come out and break off. These chemicals are too strong to be used so closely to the eyes and skin to be part of an at home kit. I’ve ended up spending an extra $150 on Latisse to try to fix what this kit has done. Lesson learned- NEVER AGAIN.

Who needs an esthetician anyway? (Jk)
The perm smell is horrendous, but it works well! I tested it by giving myself a brow lift first and it worked well, so I went on to do a lash lift. I do wish that the kit included instructions, I was a little stressed by trying to pull up the Amazon listing while working 😅I think it's a good value for the money though, you could get several lifts out of this kit. I laminated my brows, lifted my lashes, and did a corrective lash lift (warning: choose the right curling pad size for you, I chose incorrectly and my lashes needed a little TLC), and I still have enough left over for several future applications.I will say, I first thought the glue wasn't sticky enough. However, I'd say to apply glue, let it dry down a bit, apply a little more, then go ahead and try to glue things down. I found that helped keep things in place much better.
