How low rise, is low rise ? - I want to be able to wear them anytime.

I wear them daily (my favorites by far). Shorts, yoga pants, jeans ... They cover front and back well, although I wear a small. They are a nice midway between a true bikini and a low rise brief. They are comfortable. I am not disappointed at all. I will definitely buy more when needed.

Are they elastic enough? Will they lose elasticity after washing a few times?

Yes they are elastic enough. I just recently got mine so haven’t washed too many pairs yet but they are holding up well so far!

Why is the medium 8 dollars more than every other size?

Sometines it gets not 10 undies but 14. Better check before.

I’m usually a large but people are saying they run small should I go up a size ??

Yes I definitely recommend that you go ip at least 1, possibly even 2 sizes. These panties ran small when I purchased them. So unless the company has changed its sizing, get a bigger size than you normally would.
