The thin and very thin brushes are the best I've found anywhere and the indented handle is very comfortable to use which then helps you to guide these into tough spaces. I am able to curve them slightly so as not to "stab" my gums and they keep the curve without breaking. After use I dip in a diluted solution of listerine, rinse and let dry. On the average I get 3 to 4 uses out of each pick before they become too soft or bend too easily and it's time for a new one. When I originally purchased these on Amazon there was a package with one sample of every size made. This was very helpful as I was able to narrow down my next order and didn't have to waste the product or the money on ones that would never work. I'm very happy with them and keep several available all the time. They seem to have enabled me to improve my gums as per my last dental checkup.

The size of these brushes are perfect for me. I have two teeth next to each other where the gap is infinitesimally small. A normal or narrow brush wont fit in there but these do. Since I use one brush for one gap, one brush has lasted me a long time. I wish they made narrow replacement brushes so the plastic portion wouldn't end up in a landfill (the environment would be better off with less plastic) but for now, this works for me.

After a good professional cleaning, use these to keep plaque from building up.
