Winsome Wood Timber Occasional Table, Black, 21.97 x 21.97 x 22.05 inches

I ordered two of these tables. BOTH came damaged, but the boxes were not. The first table we put together, then noticed the corner was damaged. Before assembling the second one, we inspected it in the box and decided to return it for a new one. The one already together was so easy to get fixed.I contacted WINSOME Customer Service at the number provided with the instruction manual. They informed me to email them at their replacement email address and provide the following:1 - Item No. (found on top of Instructions)2 - Control No (top of instructions)3 - Part No (first page of instructions)4 - AMAZON Invoice5 - PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED PARTIt took me about 5 minutes to email the information. I received a confirmation email and an email telling me when the replacement part would be delivered. I do NOT need to send back the damaged part.The tables were easy to assemble and look just right in our TV Room. The tables are of excellent quality for furniture that you need to assemble. Not all wood, but sturdy, nice looking, and easy to put together. I recommend.

A nice looking table that was easy to assemble. Great size for in between 2 chairs.

I'm new to buying online but i am definitely loving it! We have needed end tables for years (and i mean years). I didn't want to get them at a superstore and i didn't have the money for a big furniture place. Also, the time it takes to go pick them out and then get them home-just too much. So as a result we've been without a lot of things for a long time. But now with Amazon and the peace of mind i get from the seller ratings and customer feedback system, i have been going crazy getting all the little things i've needed for so long. And this little gem is one of many. I love the wood, i love the solid construction. I could say "for the price", but it really is well-made, despite the price. I bought 2 of them. They were easy to assemble (i'm a YOUNG fifty-ish woman) and i put these together by myself! And they are absolutely gorgeous!!! Just as they look in the picture. I absolutely love these tables. I also purchased a side table, but from a different company because i wanted the marble inlay top. But that came damaged and did not even compare to the quality of these tables, so i'm going to buy the side table that goes with these little guys. One note-they are not so little. For end tables, they are pretty big, with lots of space for lamps, bowls, knick-knacks, etc. I love them. I am concerned about the durability of the wood-it looks great and i imagine if we take care of it, it will be fine. Anyway-i love these tables and will definitely be buying more from this company!

Very sturdy and easy to assemble.

After reading others reviews, I took the chance and purchased this unit. Table was tightly packaged, however two legs still had 1 inch cracks on the corners same problems others have had. The bottom shelf piece also had a crack where the dowel is inserted into. I was tempted to return the item and ask for a replacement but another reviewer said they had success with getting replacement parts from the manufacturer so I will attempt that. Also I had quite a difficult time trying to fit all the pieces back into the original packaging so I figured I might as well try to assemble it.The table itself is decently made. The top piece on mine however is poorly painted. There are small bubbles that looks like water may have been on the paint before it dried. The other pieces look good except for the cracks. Putting together the table wasn't hard at all. Took about 40 minutes by myself. I positioned the pieces with defects so that the cracks faced the back and would not be as noticeable. The table looks good once completed. I would have given this product 5 stars if it was not for the cracks and bad paint on the top piece. Hopefully, the manufacturer is good at replacing parts as they promised. Will update if I receive the parts.***Update***Can only contact Manufacturer by paper mail. Manufacturer refuses to replace parts. They wrote back and suggested I return the product to Amazon and reorder another one. Sadly by the time they responded it was past 30 days and I could not return the product. I would minus some stars off but if someone gets the product without cracks and problems the item is decent. It is just sad they have a very poor customer service attitude.
