Grounding Sheets with Grounding Cord - Silver Fiber Conductive Sheet (36x91 inch)

As an electrician I understand in theory what this is doing. Even typing on a computer key board you can pick up 3-5 volts off of EMF, so WIFI, Blue tooth anything that is sending a signal effects the body.I noticed a clear difference the next day and every day since I have used it. I’m sleep longer, my body is more rested, don’t wake up as often sleep apnea has improved. I bought one for my wife and son. She has not noticed a difference but my 19 year has seen improvement in his sleep as well!

I've only slept on the sheet for 3 nights so far. It is hard to evaluate fully in such a short time. I could feel it working the first 2 nights. Last night no. That doesn't mean it's not helping, just that I didn't need as much grounding that night. I will tell you that I purchased a grounding mat and used it a week before I got this sheet, and I was really amazed that the sheet had so much to clear the first night. I felt it working all night long. In my opinion the sheet is more through than the mat. It isn't a cure all, but it sure does help my energy levels, and reduces some discomforts.

We bought two of these. One of the cords was broken at the snap end the other one we bought was broken at the prong end. Tested with our Fluke 115 Voltmeter and had to troubleshoot to find the breaks. Used conductive epoxy to repair. Can’t imagine how folks without knowledge of electrical conduction could do this. They would just think grounding doesn’t work! And it gets worse,We measured the actual conductivity of what appeared to be the fine yellow colored wires in the sheets when they arrived. Approximately 30 ohms from the connector wires to most of the sheet. Good. THEN WE WASHED THE FIRST SHEET. THE GOLD “wires” in the cotton fabric began fading. We bought both sheets in January 2022. By the third wash March 1, 2022 the sheets had failed completely, zero conductivity. ZERO Grounding. We washed them in cool water on “delicate” and with minimal liquid detergent. Hung outside to dry. Three washes to failure and they lasted just long enough to close the window on returning them. Brazen and misleading product. Useless for grounding. Be warned.

It was fantastic…….but it quit working after about 3 months. I don’t know if when you wash it the silver fibers are not sturdy enough to handle it, but it’s a sad day because a grounding sheet is one of the best things I have ever bought for pain.

Had a couple of loose threads on top side of the sheet upon unwrapping. I grounded it to the copper cold water pipe, using alligator clip leads rather than the cable it came with. It has helped me get longer better sleep and it makes me feel at ease within minutes. Sheet slides off/around on bed but expected with silk. I tested conductivity using static discharge. Rubbed feet on carpet and touched it for that static shock, don't need fancy meters or tools for that.

I was kind of skeptical before purchasing, but I have noticed that I need less sleep and the quality sleep that I get is a lot better. I immediately noticed a difference after the first night I usually don’t leave reviews but it was definitely worth the money. I feel more refreshed and energized throughout the day. It has definitely improved my overall sleep experience. The investment was definitely worth it.

Not as big as I needed for my bed! Didn’t feel any different after using it a number of times.

I was very skeptical about the idea of a grounding sheet. For about two weeks I kept thinking, is this thing working? Well, little did I realize I was sleeping through the night. It dawned on me when I accidentally got something on it and didn’t wash it for four days. Within that four days I kept waking up about 2am every morning and couldn’t fall back to sleep until around 5:00 as soon as I put the sheet back on my bed I slept all night. I highly recommend getting it!
