Can't say enough about how much Pema Chodron's books have changed my life for the better. I no longer find people so damn irritating, including myself. I've quit drink, pot, and mostly quit beating myself up, and being ratty with other people. The most important books I have ever read in my life.

Not as advertised.
I was supposed to get The Wisdom of no escape, instead I got The places that scare you, which I already had, so no use to me whatsoever. A shame because it would have been a good buy, if I had got the correct set.
