It's Back to School We Go!: First Day Stories From Around the World

I really loved the writing and illustrations in this book.It shows how different children from around the world experience the first day of school.It's a good introduction for young children to see different cultures from different countries and it is told in language they can understand.

Great book to use with elementary students. I used it for beginning of the year with my 4th grade students and it was a great way for them to see students from other areas starting school. Worked great as a class builder research project.

This was such a great find. I was looking for a book to use with my special ed class for the first week of school. This book is great because it describes the first day of school for kids in different countries. So you could use it for Language Arts, Reading & Geography!
