Big Thing in Small Package
Installed in a 2020 Honda Accord, which is notorious for having an ill equipped sound system from the factory. I switched to Infinity door speakers and tweeters a couple months ago to start doing something about it. While it improved clarity in the mid range and highs by a significant amount, anything under around 100hz is quite literally absent.Since I went with Infinity speakers, I figured that going with an Infinity sub would make the most sense. But I have a baby on the way, so I didn't want to run a box like I normally would and lose stroller space in the trunk. So it really just came down to the standard Basslink and the Basslink Mini. Given the price and the fact that I was just trying to fix the frequency imbalance, I settled on the Mini.Installation was pretty standard. I like that you're able to pull high level signal so you don't have to run a separate line converter. I just connected it to my front speakers which I know get the full frequency range. Soldered everything together to make sure all the connections were solid, mounted underneath my pax seat, and I was ready to roll.On first test play, I was blown away. The auto-on feature works flawlessly, and this thing packs a punch. The bass is tight and responsive. I still have a lot of tweaking to do, but since there's enough room on the adjustments, I have zero doubts I can dial things exactly to my liking. With the gain at about half, I'm running the remote at around 25%. This is enough for me for most types of music I listen to. I could easily turn it up and the bass will still come out clean, but again, my main concern was bringing balance to my system. I don't really care about blowing the windows off my car.

Just what I needed
I was looking for some extra bass in my 2018 F150 STX 4wd super cab. Did lots research, reviews. I went with the Infinity bass link 6X8 mini. I didn't want to over power the factory stereo, just ad some bass. If I added too big of a powered subwoofer I would then probably change out the factory speakers , add amps. But this little powered sub definitely satisfied my bass craving. I listen to classic rock, heavy metal and a little classic r&b, hip hop. Not only could I hear the bass ,I could feel it. I put the mini behind the back seat, pretty easy install, first time. My buddy said he could hear me coming down his street. I was jamming to Tom Sawyer by Rush and the drums, bass guitar, synthesizer sounded amazing. This is not a earth pounding subwoofer. It brings your factory to new level. Acoustic guitar from signs by Tesla sounds amazing. It was easy to wire up with the included wiring harness. It does include mounting brackets and screws but opted to use heavyduty velcro to stick it to the carpeted wall behind the back seat . The gain, bass boost, filter really made the bass link mini come alive. Also the remote bass knob comes in handy when certain songs need extra bass, just turn up the knob. I will be making a video soon. Two thumbs up.

Sounds fantastic!
Install was very easy and setup was a breeze. Do not expect LOUD booming bass out of this... it is not a replacement for a dedicated sub/amp. It does however fill in the lows nicely and is small enough that you can stuff it just about anywhere. I put mine under the driver seat on my '17 Tacoma and it fit perfectly. No distortion, super tight, punchy bass--really brought the factory stereo to life!

Mini Cooper R53
Fits perfectly underneath the driver seat of a 04 Mini Cooper R53 sounds pretty good thinking about putting one under the passenger seat also also put Infiniti reference speakers in all four corners, replaced factory stereo and speakers … it’s rockin… never had any complaints with the infinity speakers. They always are top notch.

Fits nicely in my center console 2005 Ford Excursion
This little sub provides an amazing thump to my aftermarket Android deck with Kicker speakers and tweeters. I installed it in my center console. Drilled a few two inch holes in the console for the sound to exit. Super easy to install. Highly recommended!!!

Had to return it.
Nothing was wrong with the box itself. I never opened it up. I’m returning the mini sub. My stereo sounds fine without the sub woofer.
